I have always lurked in the shadows here on ATS and have never replied to a post before, so forgive me as I do not know how to post a link to this article that I found on www.presscore.ca I would like to note that while I don't necessarily agree with all views on this particular website, I found this article definitely worthy of passing along regarding tomorrow's planned emergency alert, definitely some food for thought...the plot is thickening! Claiming this is a test of the emergency response system, FEMA will conduct a complete communications shut down: all TV, radio, internet, and phone systems will be disabled simultaneously at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.  They are saying it will be shut down for 3 minutes.

Who will be affected by this shut down?  Everyone.  Social Networking, like Facebook and Twitter are completely dependant on the communication network being up, not down.  The same for the Internet.  No store debit transactions can be done during a communication shut down.   Banks security will be severely compromised.  Banks accounts of the people can be wiped or transferred in 3 minutes.  CCTV Security surveillance system will be knocked out too.  A lot can happen in 3 minutes.

Every communication system in the United States will be affected.  Every communication dependent system and business will be affected.  The Air Traffic control system will be affected.  Banks will be affected.  News reporting will be affected.  Even the emergency warning system will be affected.  The nation will come to a halt on November 9/11.

This shut down could actually be a reboot.  Why now?  The United States government might be uploading computer malware or spyware code to the United States’ communication network.   If you’ve ever made a computer upgrade to your computer system by installing a program you would know that in order for the new code to be installed properly a system shut down and reboot is usually required. Once you reboot, whatever was newly installed is activated and just runs silently behind the scenes.

Does it make any sense to you that the United States government would decide to shut down the entire communication network of the United States just to test it?  No country and no sane leader would ever do this as this would severely compromise the security of the nation.  Logically one would test parts of the system separately and definitely not on the same day.

For 3 minutes on November 9/11 the United States will be silenced.  What will happen in those 3 minutes?  Will the United States government use this time to launch another false flag attack  against the United States people?  Will the CIA detonate improvised nuclear devices in a major U.S. city?  Will the Federal Reserve use this time to transfer the wealth of the United States people to themselves or to their European controllers?   It only takes a few minutes to start a nuclear war.  Nuclear Ballistic Missiles, each one carrying 8 or more nuclear warheads, capable of destroying 8 or more individual cities anywhere on earth can reach their targets within 15 to 30 minutes of launch.

On October 27, 2010 the U.S. Air Force lost control of 50 nuclear, inter-continental missiles.  A power failure caused one ninth of the United States’ nuclear arsenal to go off line for three-quarters of an hour.   A Pentagon official said the failure disrupted communications between a control centre and the missiles at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming.  On November 9/11 the United States government will intentionally cause a nationwide disruption of communications."

Does seem very strange and considering all of the unusual weather we've had that has necessitated repair crews doing who knows what to our communication lines, this adds credence to the thought. Also, a reboot to install what, exactly. Again, makes me think about the section of the Dark Knight thread which I'll try to find.

I stand corrected. It is relative to "Project Blue Beam" and I first heard of this while reading the Dark Knight threads (which I need to point out were determined to be a hoax because his timing of 10/28/2011 never came to fruition but many of us still remain disturbed by his accounting).

The particular section that rang a bell about electric appliances are as follows:

Although I wasn't born at the time this reminds me of Nazi Germany when Hitler would take control of the airwaves and spew his propoganda. My mother recalled during WWII, living in NY, that the power company would randomly shut off all the power including street lights to train everyone if an "attack" was imminent. She agreed it was total brainwashing.

Anyway, this announcer is a puppet and part of the establishment to control the brain-dead masses. REMEMBER what Ben Franklin said (not verbatim) Those who give up their freedom for security have NEITHER!!

No matter where you are in the world you are FREE...don't let anyone take it away!!!

The only thing I would say is weird is the amount of times he says test. Granted, obviously he needs to assure people that its just a test, just look at this website. I just find it funny. Its a test, remember its a test, help me spread the word that its just a test, tell your friends, its just a test, so that they know its just a test. Happy test time America.

She's a #ing SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER for hearing impaired people like me.

I'm 51 Y/O. Born & raised a Florida Cracker. Therefore this spokesman fits right into my comfort zone for obvious reasons. I have not seen the sign language commercial. However I have always found that part of any broadcast a bit of goverment overkill. Reason being if you are deaf and watching TV when this announcement comes on wouldn't it make sense that you would have made accommodations already? E.G. closed captioning.
Another one that seems a bit odd is brail on the key pads at drive up ATM machines. Please explain that one

I saw this commercial for the first time last night sometime between 8 and 9pm central. I found the low budget look odd and kinda thought it wasn't an official commercial. Why not have the FEMA director, FCC Director or the President, VP, First Lady etc instead of, for all intents and purposes, someone most of us would assume is an actor.

I found it even more odd that I hadn't seen it until now. I watch TV a lot on my free time, or at least have it on in the background and see it for the first time 15 hours before the test. That's what I personally found most odd.

Now I do think, like most of you, that this will be a non event. Although if it turns out to be something, it will be a very interesting day.

Doing it now in the middle of the Iran warmongering, Israeli insanity, troop pullouts, OWS movements, all those asteroids ATS keeps blabbering about, and the Europe-Italy-Greece debt debacle can only mean one thing...
