I did a search on Yahoo for �Project Red-Web and I came up with this:

Now the strange thing is that there is a Forum called Panther�s Playground
Or is this just a coincidence?

Looking at table A, and noting from the above sentence
The x9 consists of L and O
The x8's consists of K and I
The x0's consist of P

(The x9 and x8 misssing letters combine for LOKI, God of Mischief/Tricks? The P? (PILOK
) Perhaps the University that Dr Jim lectures at? Portsmouth, Plymouth, Paisley? There is a Dr Jim McKechnie at Paisley.)

Very good Jak,
I think were looking too much into the filename formatting at the moment,especially these missing numbers which can be easily explained, because 27-31 are missing then 37-41 and it goes on but we still have the full document from all the files we already have, except for the part that is blanked out,this says to me that there should be numbers 1-7 which following the pattern would be....

1qaz
2wsx
3edc
4rfv
5tgb
6yhn
7ujm

They stop at 7 because if you pick a number you can go down your keyboard pressing each letter if you get what i mean ,just try this look at each key you press 1 go down q go down a go down z.
so im guessing we cannot do 890 because if you go down the keyboard it would be

8ik,
9ol.
0p;/

So this wouldnt work.

Also i dont think by solving these filename patterns to get the 3 numbers that will be the resolution because its asking for numbers with the use of numbers 417/333 no matter what you do with these i dont think you could get the numbers from the filenames.

Just to let everyone know what iv been doing for the last 5 mins so they dont waste there time doing it themselves, i thought the coordinates might be member numbers so i went to the memebers page found member 417 and 333 searched through there posts for certain dates/same posts etc and found nothing.
Also i opened up calculator and tried 417 divided by 333 and got:

1.25225225225225225225225225225225

I also tried 417 minus 333 and got:

84

So doesnt look like much here, I just need to understand where the coord's could be used?

it occured to me that the "3 numbers at coordinates 417,333" may refer to the rgb or hsl values of the pixel at that coordinate in one of the images. For the first posted image that happens to be:
Red 105
Green 98
Blue 129

Hue 169
Sat 33
Lum 107

and for the second,

Red 152
Green 131
Blue 126

Hue 8
Sat 27
Lum 131

Maybe we are just looking at the wrong clues re-read DrJims most recent post...

Simon queried me on my availability to respond here. I apologize for my inaction, since releasing these images, there has been some odd developments on our end.

I confess to not having the time to read the entire thread, but am amazed at the exceptional investigative thinking shown by many members. Here is an additional piece of the puzzle: www.abovetopsecret.com... (thank you for the directory Simon). The entire document contains enough information for a specific "Freedom of Information Act" request by a U.S. citizen for what seems to be a "Big Bend Incident Seven" (which is causing us to wonder about the first six). We're working with an associate to initiate this action.

Now hes asking about the other 6 BBI's and the document has enough information for a specific FOIA request by a US citizen so this could be worth checking out and maybe the 417/333 could be found in one of these requests. So it could be worth looking into this.
It could be this.... "Your Right to Federal Records"

Or maybe there is no more clues and we have to wait until he posts again.

I dont know exactly but there must be something related to access to government/agency files/documents??

If you read the document it should give you an idea of the FOIA that could be requested or something im not quite sure.

Im definately not here to be liked
but to tell you the truth, the pictures look alot like something out of an 70s Godzilla movie . The terrain, and plane look very model like. But hey, slap some big names investigating it and voila,,,the legitimacy increases by 2000%

I have seen this same attitude with references to news sources...if it says Wall Street Journal or has a .edu or.gov attached to it, damnit to hell,,,ya better listen and believe
All other references from places like alex jones, david icke, rense, geocities are just null and void and not to be taken seriously.

I don't think it's Vancouver, I believe the VA after Fort Belvoir stands for Virginia and the INSR after the // would be an office symbol.

Hey! I promise that I am not part of this game , all I've done is strike it lucky with a couple of searches and found those images due to the fact that DrJim thanked Simon for the directory ,which I thought odd as he would have upload space of his own, being a member , and space elsewhere seemed unneccesary . That made me look a bit deeper, and I'm sure that someone else would have soon found them within minutes if I hadn't.
I'm not upset that some people think that I might be a part of it, it's kind'a flattering in a way that some might think that I've been working with Skeptic and Simon,... me.... pantha! I don't think so! but I am a bit worried now in case I make any other discoveries, although with this part looking like a bit of a numbers game I don't think that will be likely!

Does this mean Ranger was in on it then? Because I know he made a couple of over posts on the board - might be worth checking out for clues.. I would do it but got other engagements at the moment to spend more than a fleeting moment on here at the moment sadly. Just an idea for anyone that can..

Well I think he is.

Take a look at my reply to his very first post HERE.

He spells so badly when he posts (not even 'leet bad, just overplayed) yet his BIO not only subtly states:

"It's all just a game."

but also is grammatically correct.
