Ironically, one of the charges against Jesus was sorcery. So, maybe a guy who made his living as an exorcist, faith healer, supernatural wine maker, and summoner of the dead Moses and the undead Elijah might have opposed vigorous enforcement of the ordinances against witchcraft.

Is exorcism practiced in Wicca? No. Is faith healing practiced in Wicca? No. Is supernatural winemaking practiced in Wicca? No. And did he summon them? No.

From what I understand from my brother who practices Wicca, it is a philosophy based in nature worship that includes the Goddess. They do cast spells using certain rites and rituals involving candles. That is candle magick.

The type of magick they believe Jesus did involves communication with the dead, against the law for Jesus. Wiccans don't practice walking on water, but magicians like Chriss Angel does.

I think people are confused about magick and sorcery. Neither of which Jesus practiced.

When a Christian says Jesus is Lord, that means He is Lord over all, that includes the seen and the unseen. He was present in creation and took part in it, therefore He possesses all knowledge previously and does not have to seek esoteric knowledge, as magicians do. That means therefore, magicians are imitating or emulating something they really have no knowledge of.

Wicca is nature based, it was against the law for Jesus to practice and at no time did Jesus make any reference to nature worship or any deity. He said the devil was our enemy and that we had to be sober and vigilant because the adversary (enemy) is out to destroy us. What is the one way he destroys a person? By making that person believe they could possess a power so they feel they no longer need God. The problem is this, the power is not real. Magicians have no real power beyond the manipulation to convince themselves they have power. But they have none.

Jesus spoke and things happened. Not one magician can do that. If you have to lie and manipulate to convince someone else you have power, then your power is not real.

From his perspective, he doesn't need to. The christian bible is very explicit. There is no other way than Christ. Any other belief is evil, and of the devil. To christians, it really is that black and white. No grey area.

Ya its scary to see such extreme views. I have been a christian for 25 years, attended christian college, was a missionary in Turkey..

This is not a christian point of view. Based on his post I'd say he is far from it.

We as a population need to learn to respect the origins of others views.

Its possible religion is a new thing for him..?

Christianity is so infused with paganistic ritual magic that it is virtualy indistiguishable from Wicca, and is in fact it's twin sister.. It is satuarated with ancient mythology and sorcery. But you say Christianity not natually based in earth science, which is evil according to God's law, so Jesus didn't perform miracles, he defied natural science.

Hmmm, okie doackie.

That argument is supposed to convince us to abandon all hope of physical happiness and communion with our Mother Earth, (Virgin Mary, ISIS, Diana, Ishtar), who has never been unveiled, and is a sinister attempt to deceive and coerce our birthright from us! It is an argument designed to confuse the population of the earth to give up it's birthright of citizenship for another world, ie: Heaven. (Hello Esau)

Right! This world is not ours! Give up now! Repent and wait for Jesus to come and take you home. It is evil to desire to be one with your inheritance, Mother Earth, she is Satan! It is evil to want to use science to understand the essence of beingness. To question existence is to defy God, and to hell you go!

Christianty is an evil facade for the true teachings of wise shamans that have come before us, and an attempt to steal our essence of reason and divinity through shame and twisted deceite in the name of a murderous and jealous God.

This is ANTI-CHRISTAL!

Exodus 22:18 does not apply to the time of today, it applied to the time of the Egyptians.

Anything else you would like to take out of context?

Well you seem to be taking the whole bible out of context of time period.. you know, quoting rules that were written 2,000 years ago....

Also, of course they wouldn't kill witches than, I mean with a witch (moses) leading them...

Why do you spread so much deceit? Moses was NOT a witch. And yes they DID kill witches then, it was the LAW of the Hebrews.

If Jesus really wanted his followers to turn others to his relgion, he would of made you better salesman.

The intention of this thread was not to sell Christianity, so i don't know where you get such idea's from. It was to convict those who are practising the sin of witchcraft and to make them aware of the Bible's position on it. God hates it. Also Jesus came to put an end to all religion, by following him you are free from the trap of most organized religions and you have a personal relationship with our living God.

so you still wanna kill witches?
How about gay people you wanna kill them too?
How about non-believers?
Just because they did it 2000 years ago (or a few hundred years ago) doesnt make it right does it?

Oh and you have said your a noobie Christian ok tell us more about your change, what did you believe before and why change now?

Then I very much doubt you are a Christian if your going to pass judgement on my actions as to whether I am or not.

Have you read your Bible? If you had you would know this absolutely is the Christian position on witchcraft.

Who are you to convict anyone. You are not in the place to judge me or anyone else for that matter. If you know your bible so well.....there is only ONE person who can judge......

Matt. 7:1 "Do not judge, or you too will be judged."

You better get on your knees and ask for forgiveness......just saying.

Wait there is more:

James 4:12

There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?

Free from the trap of most religions?
except Christianity eh?
You have said it yourself Jesus came here to free us from Religion but you seem trapped by Religion.
Wow you need to read your posts before posting them, you are full of contradictions............

Who said I am judging? I am simply here to expose the satanic deception in wicca.

Romans 10:3-4, "For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth."

You are entitled to your beliefs.....but you have no right to bash what another thinks......
I am sure you would be defending your christian beliefs if they were under attack....
Not very Christ like some of your posts......
Practice what you preach!!

Ok, I am truly beginning to have issue with the way the OP is handling this thread.
There are some here, myself included, who have asked questions. We are not attacking your views, merely curious as to how you have come to where you are.
I may not be Christian, but I have no animosity towards those who are. We are all free to chose the path that we are meant for.
OP would you be so kind as to answer some of our curiosities?

I have more, but I'm afraid that my words will be taken the wrong way so I'll stop here.

If you have sincere questions, I'll be more than happy to answer. But remember this is a thread about witchcraft so lets try and avoid topic drift if we can.

That's it???????
Well I walk with an ARMY of angels....and I have the spirit of perfect love and perfect light flowing through my veins............I know the truth as well, and you my friend are wrong. God is a forgiving father, he gave us free will to experience life and learn from life, all areas. Jesus himself would not cast judgement,

John 8:7

And as they continued to ask him, he stood up and said to them, “Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.”

If you are without sin...then by all means carry on.
