i think the obvious answer is money. there is no commission that will dole out money for a second investigation and its pretty safe to say the money on the first was wasted.

i have seen experiments on the melting of steal girders useing the same hydrocarbons and none of them buckled. i have also seen demonstrations of thermite(regular) cutter charges that can severe the beams.

Then what is your reply to the Bazant quote? Is he wrong or right? Do the ke generated by the falling mass/ke "used up" by the resisting mass not account for equal and opposite?

Configurations? If you were an engineer you would have automatically refered to them as the framing plans.

Please quote where they state even the exact amount of materials on each floor.

Look at the loading calculations done by the designers, it stipulates, in pounds per square foot, the amounts per floor. And don't "search" for it, you'll never find it.

How about the core column configuration? I've tried to discern it from the NIST report only to come up with more questions than answers.

9/11 is done and dusted - over and apart from people on ATS it is not really occupying many peoples thoughts with all that is going on today. I for one do not give it one thought anymore and I just don't care anymore. Reason, both the OS and 9/11 truthers are so full of crap it is unbelievable. Both set of groups are pathetic.

Both don't give a damn about the victims just who can win this tug of war.

Both sides should be terminated and stop dragging the victims families through the mud for personal satisfaction.

He's very believable, actually. He seems to think that it was Islamic terrorists who did it. With planes. Isn't that a conflict of interest for you?

I'm just bringing forth information, you said it was a paranoid conspiracy theory and that they couldn't power down because of the businesses in there. This guy is obviously not a 911 truther cause he still thinks muslims did it which makes his testimony that much more believable.

First you say it didn't happen then you say well um ok well it didn't happen in both towers.

Absolutely false. I can't believe you actually provided a link to the petition and signatures, then proceeded to either deliberately disseminate false information, or you didn't really look at the signatures on the petition in the first place.

All of the signatures of registered architects provide license numbers. All of the rest of the signatures in the professional section of the petition are degreed architects or engineers. And the list does have more engineer signatures than architects.

And while part of the list has signatures from those outside of the U.S., none of the professional signatories are "interns". All of the students and others are in the "Others" part of the petition.

False again. People don't go around signing petitions for the fun of it. People sign the petition because they have looked at the evidence provided by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and agree that there needs to be a new investigation based on AE911T's evidence.

Actually, there has been an official hearing of evidence in Toronto, Canada, which was heard by four judges (one an honary Italian Supreme Court Judge). This took place over four-day period (Sep 8-11). An excerpt of the objectives of this hearing/inquest is as follows:

To submit a record and a summary of the Hearings, together with signed Statutory Declarations by witnesses, to relevant governments, groups and international agencies with the request that a full and impartial investigation be launched into the events of September 11, 2001, which have been used to initiate military invasions and to restrict the rights of citizens.

The final report will be reviewed by an international lawyer. Once published, it will be distributed to relevant governments and NGOs around the world with the request to reopen a new , full supoena, under-oath 911 investigaton.

Each has his own reason for reopening, which in itself speaks volumes for the fact that the "official" story is completely tainted.

So, it would appear that there has been a shift from presenting evidence at seminars across the world to gain awareness, to a "Phase II" legally binding and active pursuit of a new investigation.

This was fully discussed by the legal team during the four-day presentations (in above link). To fully appreciate the purpose and findings of the Toronto Hearings, it would be good to review the videos.

I would like to see a Mythbusters style investigation as it is pretty much the only way I'll ever be convinced of anything.

1) Go out in the desert and build some replica WTC towers
2) Leave some as controls, put some thermite or whatever else you want to test in the others
3) Remote control some planes into the towers... Also shoot missiles, lasers, wormholes, etc...
4) Observe... What ingredients make the towers fall (if any)

Nobody would ever pay for such a thing, of course...
