Two Jesus' in a mental ward?

We won't be alone for long my friend.

Ha ha ha, that's hilarious!

Excellent reply!

It's already begun!

Postscrip: In the preceeding story (Jesus in a Mental Ward) people and events ARE authentically as they are depicted (if considered allegorically).

And in truth it was composed not from Starbucks, which everone knows, but from a lessor known coffee shop called "Waves" here in Lotus Land BC Canada (the sacred ground).

I like playing with meaningful synchronicity. It once drove me stark raving mad (I HAVE had a "mental ward experience"), but not anymore, now it's just for fun.

If only... I mean this is pretty optimistic.. is it possible?

How can it NOT happen, that's what I'm starting to consider..

Ok let me show you...

I have in my hand a glass of water.

I am the King.

It is now a glass of wine.

The King names things what the king wants to name things.

You try.

Your Brother

No thanks. I already had to to see an AA sponsor and it's a long trainride to Jasper.

I've heard about an Estern saint however, who could drop a bird from a tree dead as a doornail, only problem was he couldn't stop doing it once he figured out how, and it took a long time to bring him back from his insanity, or his absurdity.

This thread was really for other people, not to preach to the choir only.

If you can do that, literally, for your own amuzement, then that means that what I am attempting to do here, will also work. Thank you. That could be important.

I don't want to talk about that though, if you don't mind.

It's a 1974. You be the judge.

Maybe we need help?

The judgement...

You're not giving me enough information to work with, and you didn't know what I was going to say about the Absurdity of Judgement (coming soon...).

Are you saying that you can turn water into wine, physically, and frequently, for your amuzement and enjoyment, and that it's a 1974 vintage, and if you can, why would I or anyone need to know that, does Jesus brag about being Jesus? And why particularize yourself or set yourself up in this manner, I don't judge, I just don't understand it. It pains me for some reason also that I cannot quite explain.

I was pointing not to anyone in particular, and by "you" I meant the reader in general, for me it's a "we" thing, and it's within that context and framework that the water of the word is turned into the wine of felt experience and the creativity and celebration of the newfound brotherhood of man.

Oh well, you can supply the wine then, how's that sound?

GO get a glass of water and hold it in your hand.

Read this aloud until you get understanding.

I have in my hand a glass of water.

I am the King.

The King names things what the king wants to name things.

Does the simplicity of that truth unnerve you?

Watch me walk on water....

I stand.

Can't you see that the whole EARTH is under my feet?

Every ocean, every river, every stream.

Everything is under my feet?

Look down

Is there anything over your feet that you did not put there?

With Love,

Your Brother

I often say to myself "water of life" when I drink water, is that the kind of thing you mean?

Like I said, thanks but no thanks.

I would like to get back on topic, I think we've gone off track, although what your saying sure does sound absurd, so I guess it still qualifies.

And just for record, this really isn't a Jesus competition. If you can literally turn a glass of water in your hand instantaneously into a glass of wine by renaming it wine, then good for you, that's astonishing, and creepy, if you ask me.

But perhaps someone out there might be doing it I guess, that is if this really is the Wedding Feast, which would mean that the bridegroom is in the house, and if so then that's worth celebrating.

If I can't do it, does this mean that I'll have to refer to you as "Your Highness"?

I think we're off topic, I wanted to talk about the love of other only, and mutual understanding, not miracles and magic.

I was just talking about being everything, and what that's like, by just being ourselves authentically as we are, but I don't need to couch it in cryptic, esoteric language, to impress, nor to I need to sit at the right hand of the power, or higher still, I really don't need to go there any more, and that's not where the real power is I've discovered, the power to move mountains. It's in the little things, and in choosing simply to be a human being in the fullness of what that really means. I don't need to sit on the throne of heaven. God will find a place for me, and whatever it is, is sure to be entirely sufficient, to say the least, so I leave that up to his perfect wisdom and infinite intelligence, and perfect will of love.

As the prodigal son, my willingness to be nothing but a humble servant is what whisks me into the house in his loving arms and warm embrace, because he who's been forgiven more, loves more.

If it isn't the absurd world, it's the absurd throne.

Again, thanks but no thanks.

I would rather be a throne for him, in whatever way however big or small it doesn't matter to me.

To thine own self be true.

I love people, it's all about that love as the expression of God's love for me, there is nothing else as far as I'm concerned that is worth being concerned with.

I find your mode of communication a little passive aggressive to be honest.

Still love ya though bro.

Regards,

Rob (Bob)

If you loved me you would try what I ask so that you can understand me.

Get a glass of water, or can of soda, or cup of coffee, what ever.

Look at it and say the following

I have in my hand a glass of water, can of soda, what ever.

I am the King.

It is now a glass of wine.

The King names things what the king wants to name things.

Please just try those words. It is not about what you see. It is about your God given right to name things.

With Love,

Your Brother

Thanks for clarifying.

The intentional ommission in your communication was creating a severe problem.

Abrakadabra - I create that which I speak.

The power of the word, of the declaration of truth.

What's funny however, is that even in the midst of this conversation, where I sit, here at "Waves" Coffee Shop, twice now, while discussing this, two separate groups of people around me, huddled in over a shared computer, have mentioned the word "wine!". That's a marvel, very synchronistic!

There is a field generated in this power of freedom to choose, and it IS contageous, and the "word" gets around, FAST.

We cannot wait for the world to change. We must be the very change, within, that we seek without, and then it changes in the twinkling of an eye.

In a way the whole cosmos is waiting for us, for the revelation of the sons of God, waiting on you and me, and I don't just mean you and me double IAM, but the reader, and us, presuming SOMEONE other than us IS reading!

Perhaps we are absurd to presume that this little medium can be employed to impact the world, I don't know it's hard to say, it all depends on us, you and me and the reader and everyone else who's participated I guess, we are the proof and the evidence, when we "show up" authentically as ourselves, however authentically inauthentic we may seem, to ourselves.

Every effort is applauded, and every approach welcomed, that's what I think.

But to begin with, until we recognize our own absurdity, we can't see it, since our absurdity is a powerful blind spot, and typically one that is clearly apparent to another.

Thus, the courage to come out into the light of awareness, is an act of courage, which is the courage to be seen as a fool. This is what it means I think to call one's self a "fool for the Lord". That's me, I don't mind, it's worth it I know.

Is there a method to the madness?

Jesuses in Mental Wards; the absurdities of my own life, your and mine, as a hindrance or constraint to the fullest self expression of my true self, as a previouisly unexplored realm of domain of what I didn't know I didn't know; the brotherhood of man as the relativeity of human being through which is unleashed the full power and force of the human person in history? What the hell's going on here, this is absurd, this whole thread is absurd, these people must be crazy, I don't understand a word of what they are saying, and yet, more disturbing still, I do, I must be more absurd than I previously realized - you may say after having read through this thread - IS THERE A METHOD TO THIS MADNESS?!

Yes, there is.

But if I told you the secret, it would undermine the movement, as a movement of the truth and reality that we really and truly are.

But at some point, I'll share it with you anyway, because some may be wondering if there's a possible movement of some kind here, reading between the lines between the lines, a human victory which can be openly SHARED with ease, or I should say in a simple manner, but one which takes immense courage to carry forth into the world in the firm of vast amounts of, yes, water-into-wine.

It's called the 5 C's of Life Transformation, and I've been using it in this thread from the get go, along with the height of rhetoric along the lines of which they USED to employ before Socrates was forced to drink the poison, and Aristotle named and catagorized everything within an academic framework of authority.

You think I'm absurd, or that this thread is absurd? You aint seen nothing yet, until you yourself come to grips with your OWN utter absurdity, and then begin to practice the 5C's for the sheer joy of actively participating in the creation of a new world (you don't have to, it's only just for fun and enjoyment), in whatever way "however big or small" and however fast or slow (there's something to that effect in The Relelation of John).

It's a "point of projection" in the alchemical transformation (the white stone) of the human being, a tow rope from heaven, an optimising word of truth capable of being "grokked" most fully of. (there, how's that for cryptic sounding?).

I cannot turn water into wine (or maybe I can), but what I can do, is show everyone how to create the food, and how to share it with others, starting with those in their own household and moving outwardly from there, as a movement which automatically "pays it forward", but in ways that we presently cannot even begin to fathom or imagine, since it presently resides outside our present domain of knowledge, residing as it were in an "unknown unknown" or something that we didn't even know we didn't know.

Therefore, all I ask for is an open mind, nothing more, and that's fair.

The 5 C's of Life Transformation coming soon..
