it's being said that the police led these people to the bridge...then started arresting them for blocking the bridge even though the police were already blocking it for this purpose...that's what's being said at least so i'm not 100% sure if that's true...

well they aren't obstructing traffic...the police split these protesters onto the bridge and blocked the bridge themselves...sounds like entrapment to me...
