I guess you have no clue as to what corporations do, now do you?
That above post really said it all.

Do they outsource jobs and build new manufacturing facilities in other countries, while simultaneously shutting down their US facilities, enjoying government subsidies, and protecting their holdings in overseas banks?

I bet you're wearing a "Che" t-shirt right now, aren't you?

It's all good..

"The Weekend of Hanging out & meandering aimlessly about while twittering & Texting their displeasure"

Was a huge success.

They don't want jobs!

They'd rather mull around and point fingers and lay blame on anybody and everybody instead of being responsible grown adults and taking the jobs that are available. Ten bucks says that many don't even put nearly as much effort [If you could call what went on there] into searching the want ads for employment.

Why doesn't many take this seriously?
Because there are Bozos in clown suits like this running around with retarded signs

Not to mention the intellectually deficient child like videos that many of the weak minded fall all over themselves holding their breath on every word.

Y U NO Take Serious?!

Never owned one. I see you didn't answer the question. Does corporate America provide enough jobs for all it's citizens? What percentage of unemployment is due to laziness, as opposed to the percentage due to the shortage of jobs?

Scooter, talk to your congressman, have the government stop charging such high corporate taxes and businesses will come back.

Really.

It's not that hard to figure out.

Ahhhhh you just gotta love how one American will demean and make fun of another American. Liberty and free speech are beautiful things, even if attitudes are ugly.

I've had my rear in the fire for this country what have you done?

Spew rhetoric and chant kumbaya online?
Isn't it time for your favorite OWN network show?

Roseanne Barr has an LLC in her name. Probably has corporate lawyers as well.

But what do you expect from a person who says we shouldn't own guns but has armed body guards.

Who is Scooter? Scooter Libby? I don't think my congressman is listening to anything I have to say, he's too busy representing corporate lobbyists to waste any of his time representing constituents. Lowering corporate taxes hasn't made any businesses come back. Imposing higher taxes on offshore holdings would be much more likely to have the desired effect.

I want a new capitalism. Not fueled by wars One that doesn't pass all it's wealth to a bunch of white guys and call it free trade.

Combine capitalism and socialism and create a "peopleism."

Quotes by Rosanne Barr from video

Is compromise such a bad thing?

I couldn't appreciate your service more and regret the reasons that put you there, but that does not mean you have a right to demean me as a citizen who has not served this country in the military. I have served my country as an ordinary citizen, in ordinary nursing jobs and don't think I've ever watched a single program on OWN.

So you fought for my freedom of speech, but refer to it as spewing? Why do you seem so angry about something folks are doing, that you put your tail on the line to preserve? Did you have some expectation that your service to our country means anyone who has a grievance should run it past you and get your permission first?

Oh yeah. Words of economic wisdom from Rosanne Barr. And just how much is she worth? Probably more than what I'll make in my lifetime. Yet, she talks a big talk about "sharing the wealth". As long as it's not hers.

A good start would not to be so sensitive and taking anything said personally. I like the cause I really do but there are so many who have a twisted view of what and who they are protesting. Reread this thread objectively and see who really has a grasp on reality. Notice who your bedfellows are and ask yourself if they have an Agenda or alterior motives.

Then ask yourself if you want to be associated with or assimilated into their hive mentality If you do then whats the point of further discussion? Reread my first post on this page and think about whats going on and who is really being delusional here.

Then we'll talk.

Boeing recorded pretax profits of over $4.4 billion dollars in 2010, yet paid a net federal income tax of, um, negative $3 million. Boeing's net federal tax rate for 2010 was -0.1 percent, up slightly from its three-year average of -1.8 percent. (Yes, those are minus signs.)...

www.ctj.org...

...General Electric has collected over $4.7 billion in tax benefits over the past three years on $7.7 billion in pretax profits. That comes to a net corporate federal tax rate of negative 61.3 percent...

lol And now you want to tell me "when" we'll talk? I guess you do have some warped idea that my free speech is determined by you. lol

I've read the entire thread. You right off the bat came across as angry and dismissive. If you see this group being inefective, then what's the big deal. Do you see their efforts as being harmful in some way?

You are simply not off the hook for pulling out the big guns with your "service" to this country and attempting to demean me as some "ordinary" citizen who has not contributed enough to have her own opinion.

Infective?

Damn near non existent!

Yeah, I'm sure the Corporate CEOs are shaking in their boots or Wall street has been brought to it's knees by this.
