No candidate worth a vote will ever be nominated for office on state or national levels in the US unless he or she passes muster with the big multi-million-dollar campaign sponsors to feed the "campaign warchest" he or she needs to get elected. Worthy 3rd party candidates, even if they can overcome the major expenses of campaigning, are totally marginalized by the established political process and corporate-owned news media anyway.

Since 2009 we've seen Obama change from his original campaign persona into a new Presidential Persona in which he fits very neatly into all the policies established by the George W. Bush Administration, many of which he campaigned against. Instead of "cleaning house" at the White House, he even retained many important Bush appointees like Robert Gates as Defense Secretary and Ben Bernanke as Federal Reserve Chairman. Yet the left still supports him almost as unquestioningly as the right supported George W. Bush.

The Revolution will not be candidate from either of the two major political parties.

The Revolution will not get it's face on the cover of Forbes.

The Revolution will not be televised.

So, the livestream is offically dissing the Tea Party. Can it be any more obvious it is the opposition to Tea Party rallies?

anarchists, communists, and Soros operatives can just as easily hide behind the "no left no right" banner. The only answer these people have to the capitalism they hate so much is communism and socialism. The secret behind this Wall Street rally is that the solution is even bigger government. Socialism always points to that. The anarchist thing is just a mechanism to get anti govt people involved.

I'm sure there are genuine people wanting to fight the NWO in this rally, but they seem to be co-opted by ultra leftist.

I'm really not to sure what to think about this protest. One thing that gets me is why Wall Street? Why not outside the federal reserve? I guess I will just reserve judgment until i can read more in to this but i doubt this is the start that many people were looking for. I wonder how long it will be before the NYPD pulls out the sound cannons

Remember the plan is only for non-violent civil disobedience and peaceful demonstration. Remember the successes of Martin Luther King's demonstrations; he never started any conflict, it was always the police who went hot while the non-violent demonstrators must remain cool. The media is watching. If you let them dismiss you as a mob of violent instigators, they will do so. The Robocops will come out and the media will justify it for them.

the media will almost always justify police actions in these situations. TPTB have more control over the media now then they did during the Civil Right Movement.

It is my understanding their primary goal is to pressure for a reversal of corps are people.

But now the demonstrators have their own video cameras. If the police attack unprovoked it will likely be recorded and disseminated via internet.

it is sad that reality has come to that but it doesn't seem like peace will prevail over violence ever. most people respect the badge, everybody respects the gun... and if they don't then screw it we shoot them... smh

Yes they have targeted Wall Street as the exemplary representative of Capitalism. In the Arab Spring they brought down Pro -western leaders. Here that is not what is happening.

Yes they have targeted Wall Street as the exemplary representative of Capitalism. In the Arab Spring they brought down Pro -western leaders. Here that is not what is happening.

The Federal Reserve, using their government-issued monopoly regulations, is "ground zero" for the economic collapse going on. They are by far the largest and most powerful bank in the world. You would think that perhaps the fact that the largest and most powerful banking institutions in the world are full-blown fascist enterprises having absolutely zero to do with capitalism would tell you that just maybe there is more to this problem than "greedy capitalists".
