Your video says space shuttle launch, don't they mean landing?
Launches go straight up , landings come down at an angle.

UFO means "Unidentified", and without actual evidence, it's just your ASSUMPTION of what it might be.

The thread IS about the video but how many times can one give an opinion? I cannot prove the video is real. Can you prove it isn't? Or is?
'gift0fpr0phecy's' video of a space shuttle night launch looks remarkably similar to the vieo in the OP.
Perhaps I can't "Prove" that the video in the OP is a video of a space shuttle night launch, but it seems relatively likely that it is.
And no offense but we have enough moderators here at ATS to tell me or anyone else to keep on topic. So I think it best you stick to being a member and not a pseudo mod!
Thanks
Perhaps I came across as sounding like a mod, but I was simply trying to point out why we should be discussing the OP video rather than your assertion that since people saw SOMETHING that night, that should not stop us from discussing the sighting in general. We should discuss it, but this thread is about the video.

Because the media is run by a bunch of clueless idiots that pretend to be journalists when in reality they are just a bunch of opinion pushers.
Clearly, the videos they show of the green streak are from 2006, and not 2011. This proves that the medias reporting should not be taken at face value (which has been proven many times before).

Meteor my ass, that is no meteor. I've seen a real meteor hit the earth several years ago driving across Kansas on I-70, it was in a west Kansas cornfield where it came streaking down in a giant fireball and it hit the earth doing what my estimation would be 500 miles an hour. It was only a half mile away from me and if i had been driving a few miles an hour faster it would have hit my truck. It gave of a distortion of radio waves on impact that caused my radio to squeal and static.
Meteors look like fireballs because of the friction of earth's atmosphere, and the one i saw when it impacted the ground, gave off a flash that as almost like lightning.edit on 16-9-2011 by lonewolf19792000 because: (no reason given)
So, you were right there when it happened or are talking about the other time with meteor? Thanks. Just curious.

It's an unidentified object seen in California, Nevada, Colorado and Arizona by hundreds of people around 8PM on Sept 14th
And it's starting to look like there were 2 objects seen that evening.
Case still open!
Carry on!

Not this meteor, i saw a different one fall and thats what meteors look like, giant fireballs falling like a bat out of hell, they don't just hang in the air like that and look like a shiny disco ball.edit on 16-9-2011 by lonewolf19792000 because: (no reason given)
