De-constructing: D4rk Kn1ght; A confession. Guilt makes me post this

Reading the DK thread, I too have done similar analysis over what he was saying and what's actually going on in the world.

To me, his message is really an over exaggeration. The only thing that came true is the lights and sound bit but lights have been around long before that and the sound bit was around also, just not discussed as frequently.

He says: 'A mass attempt to rule by sheer fear is coming'

But you don't have to be a genius to know THAT. This was the case especially in the US after 9/11.

If his thread and message were given BEFORE 9/11 it would have made sense. Because for the first time in a long time, the US went to war (in Iraq) over complete paranoia, and nothing but public paranoia. They built it up and took advantage of it. And ever since then, things have been going down hill.

You don't have to be a genius to know that.

And to emphatically claim that 'lights and sounds' are going to make it worse, is just the creative side of his story.

In other words, he hasn't exactly claimed something we don't already know.

Also, how is his message supposed to make ANY SENSE, when he says he's heading for the hills because of lights and sounds? How are we supposed to take him seriously?

DK wasnt interested in whether you took him seriously or not. His interest was only in passing the information. What you did with it after that was your own choice.

Go back and read my quote of DKs I posted earlier, he stated that by now we should have witnessed the great test!! No mile wide/long UFOs seen by thousands, no stars jumping down and flying over our heads, this was all supposed to happen before the infomous date.

The "stuff" as you call it wasnt happening in 2006. and whether Im going to run for the hills or not is irrelivant, I may already live on those hills you talk about.

I specifically mentioned in my OP that this thread wasn't for outright ridicule, please stay on topic without resorting to petty insults, I didn't start this thread for that.

You put his name in the title, if someone is to be believed shouldn't you also take on the person as well as the infomation put forward. You judge conmen not just by what they are selling but also who sells it??

No, I'm not singling anyone out. I just don't want this thread to descend into madness, we all have opinions about Dark Knight's thread and I hope we are all mature enough to discuss them without resulting to mud slinging and the like.

Actually you judge con men by the evidence provided that they were in fact con men...I have yet to see you provide any evidence to back up your continual claim that DK was a hoaxer, fraud or your new description conman. This despite my requests.......

Yes and more than one person has already mentioned that in their opinion Dark Knight was a chap of sound mind without malicious intentions, will you please accept that and post constructively?

It seems like your hanging onto a thought you had 5 pages ago...

I'm not trying to cause an argument with you, I'm sorry if you think that.
I stated several reasons why I think DK was lying, not just one, lots of people have claimed to have read everything, I DID, when it happened!! Many people saw through it and added their comments to prove it at the time.
Digging up this old rubbish does nothing but harm our comunity and also adds doom to an already doomed world!!

I agree there is a fantastic breakdown of the hoax...The hoax threads are there for all to view. You quote from those threads and not from the only thread from 2006 that was written by DK.

Some info for you.....

The 2006 thread was not written by Dan Tanna, or any other user other than DK.
Whether any others were after that is open to debate, opinion and crediting DK for saying he did not write them.
