I haven't been on this thread in quite a while, but I thought I'd throw in my two cents on this. I have to agree, it's looking more and more like he's just been trolling. There's also a new comment on the record, something about "no one really knows, do they?" Knows what, that it's a prank? That's how I'm reading it.

I'm just remembering back to the chat log that was posted as an example.

It was simply to show others what is going on, and why. The chat log was forwarded to me, I did not participate in it.

That was all I was thinking as for what would be "open's" reason for leaving it up. Same as the reason for posting the chat log.

I do agree about the trolls.

I sort of think this is that Bible parable about the mustard seed and faith and moving the mountain if you believe something even if it is a small belief but have NO doubt, you affect reality and things create or rearrange for you. I think it was meant as a generality for you to pick yourself a topic or what reality you wanted to believe.

I do not believe in having "blind faith" where you believe anything without questioning and snooping around for all the facts. I like to listen to people themselves not rumor mills or talking heads telling me synopsis which often aren't related or certainly would not be my conclusions for a synopsis. Often , others will lie to you just so you dismiss the cause or person.

I agree with you completely. I was just posting an alternative reason based on "open's" prior actions.

I'd still like to know what that blood letting protection device was all about. It certainly wasn't a best seller.To protect from the blood taboo, you'd more likely get stuck using it.

Sometimes I think that the site is some hackers job? I dont know. The posts on the record make me scared such as Goethe's posts. I logged on to record, and I saw pornographic photos and playing videos that I do not allow to play. If I was a hacker, this site and this things would be a best idea to attract ppl's attention to my site and find their passwords nowadays I'm thinking of this.

Oh, I understood what you meant. I think you're right, this latest lunacy is probably an attempt by Open to keep the interest in the site alive. He's either gonna claim "bad people are trying to drown out my message" or "I'm showing you what you sound like."

There's another guy over there now called "One in a million" or something like that. Giving a bunch of double talk about how he's spelling it out and not being cryptic, while making cryptic comments such as "skeet skeet." He also claims to be the same "consciousness" as Open (but not Open himself). Honestly, can these people really believe they're making sense? Personally, I think they know full well that they don't.

Hmm, but the record assigns you your own password? Unless you're saying that the site installs some kind of malware on people's computers.

I'm not sure I'd classify that poster as "another guy", maybe just another personality. I stated yesterday some of those posts are like reading testimonials on websites, ya never know if they came from the marketing department or not. Just like here, there is no way for us to tell if one person is posting under many names.

But really in the long run, it makes no difference. Now it's just like watching a cheesy soap opera, entertaining but no substance.

Oh, and I thought of another theory as to why that post is still up. "Hackers" have locked "open" out of the site! The hacker excused has been used many times too.

Lol, thanks for the compliment. Yeah, I remember the hacker excuse from way back. It's been used more than once as I recall. At this point, I think the soap opera analogy is pretty accurate. Honestly, I've long since given up on getting answers from Open. At this point, I think the only reason I'm still visiting the site is just to see what esle he'll come up with to drag it out. The question now is, who's going to get bored first? Me or him?

Yikes, did not know that. So it's not cryptic, it's just gross. Sounds like something you'd find on 4chan. And this person claims to be of the same "consciousness" as Open? Well if that's true, then it means one of two things.

1. Someone is trying to make the site look bad (as I'm sure Open will claim).

2. This really is a 4chan (or similar troll) stunt.

Oh well, either way, it's still entertaining.

Edit: Oh, now I get it. He was referring to Barfu's comment about wanting attention. I'm a little slow, I guess...

If it will make any of you feel safer you could use a Tor browser to access the site. The browser also blocks scripts, so those annoying videos wont popup/autoplay on the record.

That browser is essentially untraceable. It uses proxies that don't log traffic, no crap can get through unless you let it, and all history etc is deleted when you close it. It isn't perfect, but it is a great start for a lot of people because of its ease of use.

Thanks, I'll probably check that out. I actually blocked the "yogurt man" with adblock on firefox. The videos I can deal with.
