I am not saying islamist attacked, but it clearly cannot be just one man. I dont understand how one man could rig several bombs without it being noticed, then take a boat to some island and kill tens of civilians.

Bloody hell mate, you can be the descendent of a God but you'd most likely still get scared of a bomb going off with a load of glass shredding down. Most people would be running frightened if a bomb went off!

The suspect is Norwegian. I'm sure the more militant members of ATS will find some bizarre link between him and the CIA, MI5, NWO, MSN, US Government, Israelis... need I go on?

It could be more, the police will not confirm or deny that he acted alone or that there is any group behind him. They just found his car packed with explosives though.

Strangely though, there is a news paper article from 2006 that displays the weakness in the government block and that it would be easy to blow it up exactly like today.

Agreed, especially considering that Norwegian police are normally unarmed. Each patrol car is equipped with 2 pistols but they are kept in a locked box. Also, this guy would have had to be the best marksman on Earth to hit that many people. It's one thing to hit a stationary target but when people are freaking out running around it would be much harder.

Remember this was 500 people on a SMALL island with no access to boat or any way to get off island.
I am surprised if there aren't more dead than officially reported.

Who is frightened??? when I walked through the glass-filled streets after the explosion, I didn't see anybody scared, just shocked..... which is normal.

Nope, NOT 500 adult people, 500 teenagers, which makes a huge difference... Teenagers don't think the way adults do, even though they think they do.Teenagers would have panicked a lot more than any adult would. I once was in a bus full of teenagers that started overheating, and then the teenagers thought the steam was a fire, and they all started fighting just to get out of the bus!!!!! So, I can only imagine what the panic must have been like on that island.

The pictures tells us there was bombs that was denotated in the goverment buildings. Also explaining how it felt like an earthquake since it was shaking.

The people of Norway are hardy stock, like the British. They aren't scared, they are pissed off right now. Scared though, not in the least. Watch the news footage, they are already cleaning up the mess and getting ready for work on Monday. These are tough people and it would take a lot more than this to scare them.

I didnt specify that part because it was afaik a mix of both adults and youth. Most of them were probably teens or young adults though.

Either way I think most people would panic in a situation where you are stranded on a island with a lunatic shooting random people.

My point was just that it was a small island with loads of people, so not so strange that at least tens of people were killed.

Eyewitness says around 20 bodies on the island.
From the helicopter shots, it would appear to be at least 20.

Another witness claimed there was at least 20-30 dead bodies.
Either way with the pictures posted here I think it is safe to say there is more than 4-9 dead.

From the reports iv heard from the English interviewers the Norwegians have been alarmingly calm. So no it has not worked and never will.
