By gosh, I think we've got it. Between your generous hint concerning triforce and the gaming fantasy series "Prisoner of Zelda" and the fact that the eleventh word in the third paragraph of the 8th chapter ("Drug Dosage For Children") in the "Introduction to Pharmacology" by Mary Kay Aspen is "professional", I think we've solved it. 8.3.11 is quite obviously now nothing less than Nintendo's attempt to take over the world by having their "professional" programmers create the triforces of Courage, Wisdom, and Power. The fiends!

Okay, I'll give you another line of thinking just so you have fresh intel. There is an undercurrent that some type of undercover operation has been stumbled upon. A bomb, really? If any underground movement wanted to share intel they would not do it on the internet especially if it were a devastating plan.
The other possible assumption is that a "leak" or some type of disclosure of secret information is forthcoming. Or, it may be a marketing campaign, I don't think corporations spend money on this type of marketing.

So, who is it? Is that not the core of the question and pursuit? The RABBIT doesn't want the FOX to know where it is going. Magicians use slight of hand, misdirection. Understand? While you are looking here they are over there, yes?

This is pure speculation but the drawing looks like a crude sketch of the Sphinx with tombish things to me. With the recently discovered osiris' tomb under the Sphinx, Edgar Cayce's dubious predictions and the strange government behavior surrounding the excavation my tin-foil sense is tingling. That said im going to feel like an idiot once this turns out to be marketing ploy.
