I was using paint because it is all I nhave and it is really difficult to see some of the symbols.
EDIT TO ADD: The F and B by the sun could stand for front and back? as in orientation?

Still, other scientists attribute the disturbance in the Oort system to the highly elliptical orbit of 90377 Sedna,
does that look like..... BELLE Sedna... to you
and this...
a planet beyond the orbit of Neptune. Astronomer Michael E. Brown, co-discoverer of Sedna and the dwarf planets Eris, Haumea, and Makemake, believes it to be the most scientifically important trans-Neptunian object found to date, as understanding its unusual orbit is likely to yield valuable information about the origin and early evolution of the Solar System.
and this...
It has been suggested that Sedna's orbit is the result of influence by a large binary companion to the Sun, thousands of AU distant. One such hypothetical companion is Nemesis, a dim companion to the Sun which has been proposed to be responsible for the supposed periodicity of mass extinctions on Earth from cometary impacts, the lunar impact record, and the common orbital elements of a number of long period comets.[38][41] However, to date, no direct evidence of Nemesis has been found.[42] John J. Matese and Daniel P. Whitmire, longtime proponents of the possibility of a wide binary companion to the Sun, have suggested that an object of five times the mass of Jupiter lying at roughly 7850 AU from the Sun could produce a body in Sedna's orbit.[43]

I was thinking something more along the lines of, 'This Station', though it wouldn't make much sense in regards to the code being used.

Question: Whose idea was it to tag some pictures with Bob Dylan lyrics?
Answer: You know they refused Jesus, too.
Well i decided to look up this phrase and this is what I found .

Thus we find Dylan’s autobiographical language making good use of Christ imagery. A brief scene in the humorous "Bob Dylan’s 115th Dream" (Bringing It All Back Home, 1965) introduces the point. Turned away by a man when seeking help the singer retorts "they refused Jesus, too" which brought the reply "You’re not Him" (1985, 170; full text 170-71).[15] For Jesus, sacrifice (= death) followed refusal (e.g., John 1:11) and the same is true for the artist - with obvious hyperbole. We might compare at this point the allusion to the Akedah (Abraham binding Isaac in order to sacrifice him in obedience to God [Genesis 22:1-19]) in "Highway 61 Revisited".

The interpretation of the Rorschach test is not based primarily on the contents of the response, i.e., what the individual sees in the inkblot
Using interpretation of "ambiguous designs" to assess an individual's personality is an idea that goes back to Leonardo da Vinci and Botticelli. Interpretation of inkblots was central to a game from the late 19th century. Rorschach's, however, was the first systematic approach of this kind.

Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, or YHF, could refer to a couple of things.
One, it's an airport designation in Canada.
Two, it's a virus. (Google)
YHF!! thats what I was trying to remember (It was the question in morse code, answer was "what about it")
harlot7, is this any relation to the wilco thing?
