I was thinking earlier, that they hadn't posted on Formspring for a good 10 hours and it would be the middle of the night on that side of the world (Japan)...More like very early morning now....They might be in bed sleeping.

Ok, I've got a couple of angles that need to be addressed or maybe my brain has officialy turned to mush. Look at the third image down on the "sightings page". the two new posters next to Belle seem to be generated from the same printer. It looks as if the color selection is the same or close. They look delliberately put there. Why? I don't know. Also look at many of the images including the third one. It is as if the color Chartruese (or a variation of)is repeated.

I think it's almost certain this is viral advertising for a movie, and I think the best contender is the movie, called, predictably "11:11".

The girl shown is most likely central to the movie somehow. I think the idea of the site is to send you off finding billions of connections to the numbers 11:11, and that's why the clues are so varied, anf you're being sent down so many insane paths that are almost certainly absolutely nothing to do with it.

The theme of the movie is thow 11:11 keeps cropping up, and the myriad connections between numbers etc.

I think everyone is reading way too much into this, and that is precisely the idea. So...hook, line, and sinker?

I've been looking into the question asked on formspring "What percentage of the world is injustice?" where they answered "Exactly 38.451 percent." and here is the closest I can come up with so far:

US Blood Type Distribution

O+
38 percent of population

38 percent of the US population has O+ blood. I can't get it any closer than that. The percentage is slightly lower though worldwide so I think I am barking up the wrong tree.

But that question and answer really intrigue me since it was so specific.

There is only two things that the 8-3-11.info site can be. 1. A steganogrphy site (modern version of the numbers station where they are hiding messages for someone). 2. A marketing campaign to get a message out to a larger audience.

Everything else is a variant of one of these two things. Of course, if I were a smart Soviet (smarter than Obama'a soviet friends from the 1980s obviously that are now running the US), then I personally might use 1 (hide a message to people who it is intended for) by making it out to be some kind of marketing campaign as cover 2.

If that were the case, then the message has already been delivered to the recipient and we are just the incidental background noise.

If it is number 2, then I guess we will find out on Aug 3rd what it was all about.

They claim they ARE NOT marketing for a movie. They also use very clear US English with a certain disdain for others (as most Americans do) and that they do not speak Spanish (which counts out the only movie that is actually releasing on 8.3.11 which is a Spanish murder mystery movie. Most of the original hype for 8.3.11 came out of S. America actually, even though these people seem clearly to be US Americans to me.

Do consider that by now Google has indexed all of our chat so the viral marketing has worked well.

I find the star/sunlike symbols interesting - no one seems to know what the large thing in the center is (but its connected to cables) - some think it could be explosive.. the only problem I have with that is
