38.451 Township civil service system; adoption by referendum.

Sec. 1.

Upon the adoption of a resolution therefor by a majority vote of the members elect of the township board of any township, and the subsequent approval by a majority of the township electors voting thereon, the provisions of this act shall apply in any township now or hereafter having a population of 60,000 or more. The township board may submit the question at any regular election or special election called for some other purpose, and shall submit the question at any such election held not less than 60 days after the filing with the township clerk of petitions for such submission signed by at least 4% of the registered electors of the township.

I found that this morning but I couldn't figure out how it might be related so I filed it under T

Looking at the possible Mormon connection I found the following in 3 Nephi chapter 8 verses 3 to 11:

3 And the people began to look with great earnestness for the sign which had been given by the prophet Samuel, the Lamanite, yea, for the time that there should be darkness for the space of three days over the face of the land.
4 And there began to be great doubtings and disputations among the people, notwithstanding so many signs had been given.

Also in response to Rev 8:3-11 if this is then we are about to see the breaking of the sixth seal (that is if the other seals have been broken)

12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. Rev 8:3-11 is the opening of the seventh seal. Just a thought.

Has anyone noticed in the sighting photos that quite a few of them are secured using the same clear tape in almost the same manner?

They were probably put up by the same person and the photo taken for the express purpose of photoshopping them for the group.

A baby born to a rh- mother will have yellowing of the skin along with some other problems. Just throwing it out there....the photo is black and white so you can't see if see is yellow/jaundice.....maybe that is why?

Also...didn't someone say something about one of the audio files backwards was carnival music? Carnival in Germany starts 11.11 at 11:11

ohhhhhhhhhhhhh in the foamspring website in 1 of the questions the speak of Alphekka and the only Alphekka i could find was here, www.daviddarling.info... and Alphekka is in the constellation Alpha Coronae Borealis en.wikipedia.org...(star) i dont know about this one.

FEDERAL DISASTER NETWORK is 170.20 MHZ.

What is the significance of that frequency? How is this related to the site?
Are they going to use it to broadcast? Is that even legal?
Could someone help me understand this part, I might be going crazy in this thread

Here is what I've found about 8-3-11.

There is a movie in Spain set to come out on 8-3-11. The movie is based on the Quentilla murder case where police found 37 hours of video evidence. Apperently the children had been doing studies on the paranormal and checking out a local legend.

The legend is of an Austrian girl who's family had a skin disease, and blah blah. Here is the legend from the website.

LEGEND: THE GIRL IN THE GARRAF WOODS



Everything happened in the area of the county of Garraf, Barcelona province, which for many years has been a place of vineyards and fishermen. Anyway, legend has it that 80 years ago, a rich family of Austrian origin, moved to an abandoned farmhouse that was a bit away from the nearest town, in this case Jafra in Garraf. The family did not socialize much, in fact did not allow children to leave the entrance and didn’t let in other people. This is because it is known that the children had a skin disease and apparently the parents did not want anyone to see.

At that time, the father of the family, who was devoted to medicine, ordered the construction of a garden so that their children could play, the garden was built in three years and was designed by a renowned architect at the time (Jean- Claude Nicolas Forestier) and the garden was a huge maze of trees and shrubs, made exclusively for their children.

The legend begins when the mother gave birth to her fourth child, which they called Melinda. The birth was inside the house and the mother died that night. From there, strange things began to happen. The other children were dying one by one, (it’s attributed to the disease they had).

The father was very upset because all of his children died except for his daughter Melinda who was the only one still alive. (It is also said that the father of children poisoned them with frog soup.) The gardeners and cleaning assistants left their work because the master of the house was behaving strangely (they said that at any moment he raged like a maniac).

One night in October, six years Melinda ran to their garden, pursued by her father in maniac state. Legend has it that the girl fell down the well in the garden and was never heard of the whereabouts of her or her father.

That's why it is said that in the woods of Garraf appears the ghost of Melinda, who helps the lost visitors by pointing the way to help them escape the clutches of his evil father.

In Sitges it’s also mentioned a girl who appears in the curves of the Garraf. Some refer to the story of the girl in the corner, but some say that this is the girl Melinda.
