At least half of the pictures shwon in the link you provided are from Argentina, it`s where i live, and the other 40% of the other half is latin american
I don`t know if this means something but it`s the first time i see them and not even published anywhere here so i vote for a viral campaign.

Actually the Russian spies arrested in the US and released were using steganography. It has become the modern man's numbers station and that was the case that put it on the map (although stories as early as 2002 have said Al Queda was using the method then).

So my vote is that the website is a numbers station. However, the "8-3-11 Associates" group is interesting because it could be another "Anonymous" type group. Sooner or later, one of these amateur rings is going to take down a power grid or something or be infilitated by a state sponsored organization if it/they haven't been already.

But my vote is the photo of the woman/girl means nothing in and of itself. That is my vote.

I'm finding this whole thing (hoax or whatever it is) to be extremely entertaining
keep an eye on my signature for recap links, I try to update them every 5 pages or so (except this last time when I went backwards, I won't do that again, it got too confusing for some)

Maybe something like the Empty child, her skin is diseased right ? It could be that some nut is releasing a doomsday virus, like the Medirios girl in REC or the Empty child from doctor who. Something that deforms the body, or could be when someone clones somebody. Who knows ?

Although these steganography sites (if that is what it is) are interesting, we will never see an end to shortwave radio stations. The internet is too vulnerable and a shortwave radio station is not vulnerable. In fact, most of the Eastern block countries that became independent after the break up of the Warsaw Pact, still operate number stations and certainly the Russian UVB 76 is still operating (month after month, year after year of its static worble only to make a few sentences of garble every decade or so, sending the rest of us to the nuke bunkers...lol).

Yes that was a very intriguing movie definitely a VERY GOOD point and movie relating to the oppressive future that the people yet again "fictionally and metaphorically speaking in that movie" created for themselves...

as that movie also and may i say more than coincidentally THX 1138 is 8.3.11 BACKWARDS and synchronistically can also be saying hey THX (thanks) for the dystopia that you created...

(btw i use caps not cause im a raging lunatic lol its just for better communicational emphasis since the only medium for communication is via typing
