I've tried Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Luciferianism, Animism, various ancient and new age ideologies, and different philosophies. Monotheistic God, Anthropomorphic God, Pantheistic God, No God, I am God... I have followed them all with sincerity and I have felt the same feeling when I truly connected with each belief.

It is my opinion that each religion is a different approach to reach the same spirituality. I have learned much and incorporated aspects of each belief system into my life. Some things work for me, some things don't.

Many guiding advice have told me to look within and know thyself, but I ignored and kept searching outside myself for my answers. I can now tell you that to look within is truly the key to spirituality.

Learn from any religious or philosophical source you can. But ultimately you must walk your own path.

I think it sounds like you need to be a Catholic... You can do whatever you want ... Go to church on Sunday confess do a few hail Mary's and bang! you're good to go for a week... and it all starts over again... just make sure you're not babyfaced...

Hi,
In a recent thread, I mentioned that I was thinking of giving Islam a go.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Thanks for all the tips! However I tried Islam for a couple of weeks and the thing is, it didnt really work out very well. I am now considering swapping Islam for Judaism to give that one a try. I figure I need to at least allow a couple of weeks to give it a fair chance.
Islam and I had a few disagreements, mainly about my fornicating alcoholic lifestyle.
Anyone else have any experience of conversion from Islam to Judaism? Any tips or tricks that would help the transition would be much appreciated.

I've found journals, over 150 of them, free online, of stuff that was channelled by beings including Jesus (But he claims his actual name was Jmmanuel at the time, and it was changed to Jesus at a later date), Judas Iscarioth (Who Jmmanuel immediately clears of any wrongdoing and accuses one Juda Ihariot, Jmmanuel claims Judas to be his 'Brother' and best friend for his whole life journey...and later you discover just how much of a 'Brother' Judas really was), The Angel Gabriel (Who is a higher being from the Angelic realms), Commander Hatonn, Ashtar, and some more.

These texts go into pretty much the daily stuff spoken here on ATS. Weather weapons, Trilateral commission, MJ-12, Alien greys, Pleaiadians, The whole universal design, the purpose of life.....so so much. Metaphysics....oh, and Jesus claims something in these texts, he claims that when they beat him while he was wearing the purple robe, he tells of how they will be cursed by a false prophet in 500 years time, and his name was Mohammed and his teachings would cause their people so much pain and tragedy over the years.

These beings go on further to explain the universe, to help understand free energy, and how Tesla's inventions worked. I mean, there is a lot of info.

It's either one very elaborate hoax, or an incredible gift. Considering it's free, it was worth a look in, and it speaks volumes about topics of the alternative nature.

You found these journals "online"? So, what you're suggesting is that if one wishes to share in all this amazing enlightenment you've been experiencing, all one must do is look "online" until he/she finds them? Ok, cool. See ya in a thousand years, then! Thanks for giving such a specific path for any wishing to follow in your footsteps, otherwise I could be searching forever. Now I can get this wrapped up in a mere millennium because I know right where to find this info! It's "online". Yep, that's precisely where it is located. Now that we all know, to a rediculous degree of exacitude, where this amazing information can be found, I'm sure everyone will want to zip right on over to the specified location and start to digest the data. At least, I know that's where I'll be. Don't bother posting a reply. In a thousand years I may not remember who you are or how I begun on my fantastic journey. Well, I'm off now. Wish me luck!

What's the point of "trying out" religions? Dude, if you are uncomfortable with your beliefs, just make up you're own belief system, make your own life your belief. If you believe in a supreme being, then that is good, you shouldn't have to follow something for the purpose of being part of a group, remember religion is more about the individual than actually being identified with a particular group. For example, two Muslims who pray five times a day will see God in a different aspect compared to the other, just follow your senses, if anything take what is best from both Islam and Judaism and there ya go.

how about this, would you like to make direct connection with God, bypass all the B.S. and get on with life? I did this and you can too. I did it thru a simple form of meditation, clear all waking thoughts from your mind and focus on "peace and love". I laid down for a nap one afternoon when it was very quiet. I repeated peace and love, went into a dream state which quickly developed into an out of body exp.. I found myself in an out of doors area with large rocks and scrubby trees, as I walked along I noticed that where was water running thru the rocks, I could feel it on my feet. I crossed a stone wall and found myself in the tunnel so often described in the near death exp., at the end of the tunnel was the light(God), I got scared and with drew back into my body. shortly ther after the visions and visitations began and to this day have not ended. Mary has come twice and God himself has spoken to me. I ma well educated in hard science and adv. mathematics. This connection was spoken of in the sermon on the mount. It is for all of us who seek God. You can do this. please give it a try.
