Are you saying its not acceptable to kill (breach human right) someone who is going to kill (breach human right) other person? Are you saying it should be illegal to kill in self-defense or defense of others?

Read the sentence again - its OK to breach human rights in order to protect human rights of others. I cant see how this is bigotry. We breach human rights of people that breach others human rigths all the time - for example human right for liberty of criminals is taken away (prisons). Killing (taking away the most basic human right to life) in self-defense, defense of others and even defense of ones property, is legal etc...

Are you saying it wont be moral to for example form an armed insurgency in case extremist muslims really take over the west (even by democratic means - numbers)?

If you read my previous posts you will see in the most part I agree with your stance on the blinkered view of muslims in the west.

My views on Halal however (and correct me if I read your post in the wrong light) are strictly personal choice, I would prefer it if my meat was stunned prior to bleeding out. It in no way makes me a bigot which is what your post implies.

Unfortunately the way your post reads it appears that you are just here for an argument which detracts from the quite serious issue that this thread brings to light.

I'm not talking about personal choice, I definitely support your right to choose what meat you should eat.

The bigot term goes to those who first use halal meat as an example of how Muslims are taking over, then when you show them that having halal meat in the market does not in any way or form equate to Muslims taking over, they try to show themselves off as a humane bunch of people who care so dearly about how animals are slaughtered.

Once again, sorry if my post came across different than what I intended.

I fully support everyone's right to choose.

Well actually do you know how halal (and kosher) meat is obtained?
It is a very cruel & painful process for the animal. - not saying that "our" (the usual western) way to slaughter animal is all nice & beautiful with animals, but at least there are some laws to avoid unnecessary suffering for the slaughtered animal.
Halal & Kasher "processes" forbid that the animal be unconscious when you slit its throat...

How does Sharia Law differ from the Jews and being Kosher? When it comes to branding food, it's the same concept. Who cares. I was raised Catholic however I believe religion is just a form of mind control and brainwashing. How do you even think the linking between brainwashing and the word sheep came about? All these people are brainwashed, they don't question things. Few Muslisms like me believe in individuality. How is thinking for yourself be damned by Allah? Seriously. These people need an awakening. Organised religion is the fall of man, that is why you take a religion and it's culture and actually apply it, these religions were meant to be culturally blended with society for the better of man, not for stuff like this. This is what organised religion turns out to, corruptness, I'm seeing all religion doing this. Yet I remain "muslim", I feel as though when I go and learn Buddhism I'll be "buddist', but in reality people are just being themselves, you can't label yourself something clearly. For the unsure people like me, I label to what I'm closest to at the current moment. What happens when I reach all the contradictions? Like I do now, I just keep my faith, it's the only thing left for me to feel human..
