You actually just use a bittorrent link and it downloads it in XVid, which will play in Media Player if you have the codec

Why is there a big red dot on my ATS screen?

??

The "Space Dust" in the mini-clips is supposedly a life form capable of moving around in space and lives off the energy from the sun.
I haven't watched the video yet, but that's what the guy who posted it said.

GuerrillaFuunkstaahh, or anyone else who might know, between shareaza and bitTornado, is one bittorrent client clearly better than the other?

I installed bitTornado and think I have it configured correctly, but the download rate is painfully slow. Much slower on average than any other download client I've ever used. For BRIEF periods of time the download rate pushes 500 kb/s, but most of the time it stays under 20 kb/s.

I'm running with a cable connection that typically exceeds 3 mb/s downstream and 300 kb/s upstream, but this download is more typical of a dialup connection.

I've been downloading the file for over 3 hours now, and it's not even half way completed yet.

I look forward to viewing it eventually ...

Most users say Bit torrent is better.
I've just been using Shareaza for awhile now and I'm fine with it.
And yeah, that same thing happens to other users.
Someone on here said it took him 10 hours to download.
Sometimes for me, the download rate pushes about 400 KB/s.
But then it just pushes to 30-200 KB/s.
It just keeps moving from one point to another.
Right now it's staying around 60-120 KB/s...
I'm using DSL.
Somebody said to use an IRC Client because it's faster, but I don't like to mess with it.

Bittorrents are really on how many people are seeding.
The more people are seeding the file, the faster it downloads based on how many are downloading/leeching.
But people just like to Leech.

Is it a bit torrent client?

I installed that FlashGet one, but I can't figure it out.
So I'm uninstalling it.

Thanks, GuerrillaFuunkstaahh, for the reply. I feel better now considering what you said. My download is up to 65% now and cranking away. I can't wait to see the video.

As for FlashGet, I doubt it's a bit torrent client, and so won't work.

How I wish I could afford a fast computer and internet access. My comp would probly take a good week to download this. If there is any way of describing some of the "crafts" ant what the astronauts are saying to mission controll it would be greatly apreciated.

You can buy the Documentary.
Search for it on Google if you want to buy it.
Or you can ask 11thdimension here on ATS where he got it for how much.
He bought it.

Uncle Howie Records, baby! Haha. Thanks for the links man I'm trying to download the movie but with no sucess. I downloaded both clients and neither have started.. It says "tracker down".. Does that just mean the "host" or whoever has the file I'm trying to get isn't online at this moment?

Use suprnova.org to get the .torrent file. Use Azureus to open the torrent file and download it. If the tracker goes down (every torrent needs an active tracker, if it goes down, the download is gone) use shareaza and download it from there (the best p2p, uses hundreds of servers)

I downloaded the video, I wasn't inpressed to be honest.

As for proof of exterrestrial phenomena, well we have had proof for thousands of years. Every comet, every star is an exterrestrial phenomena.

The word extraterrestrial means not on Earth, nothing more, nothing less.

Most of the video shows very little in terms of watchable images, his so called 2nd space phemomonon doesn't really look like much.

As for the spherical objects, they are the same vidoes that have been around on the net forever. The ice particles etc.

And the spherical objects that you see in the footage, which seem to
have some sort of texture on it (someone stated), are only light sources unfocused. I think even the more ignorant person in the world would
understand it. They could just be anything.

I think it's just bunch of space debris: metal, rocks, ice etc. Nothing special,
not a proof of anything.
