I honestly feel bad for the decent cops, because this kind of behavior just feeds the public distrust,and hate for police.
At some point , there will be some serious retaliation , and unfortunately the decent cops will have to be in the middle of it.
These cops need to be taken off the force...if they can't communicate in a more effective manner .
The best cops I've seen are ones that don't let their egos get in the way, and actually understand human nature ,and how to get people to cooperate with them , in a respectful way.
