I personaly dont care either way I just dont want it pushed on me from TV.parades In my belief its a perversion and from what I see in these parades simply confirms it to me !

Parades are organized in advanced. Are usually only once a year - sometimes twice.

In no way do you ever have to attend a Gay parade.

Gays are not responsible for how TV chooses to focus on the extreme - - or who chooses to broadcast it.

As a viewer - - like everything else shown on TV - - you are in control more then any gay person of what you are watching.

I never watch the news when children are present because of the violence. I am in control of my TV.

I have a few friends that are gay. they wouldnt be caught dead in one of those freak shows.

I always wondered how all the S&M / Bondage stuff was allowed in.

So I guess the christians need to have a parade as well. Strictly dealing with being a christian...not about Macy's floats.

Christians seem to be getting a fair bit of persecution lately. Between being told they are intolerant of things they dont believe in or the growing occasions of being called racist for god knows what .

Jessy Jackson had a "million man march" (with a few thousand) and it wasnt racist. If we had a white pride day the media would label everyone there a nazi skinhead.

Why not just have a pencil pride day or markalot pride day. Anything goes it seems.

I've only read the first page of this thread and barely skimmed the other two so far. My bad...but I have heard it all. I live in the South Bay and have seen the local news reports of the Folsom parades every June. I completely agree with the OP and these parades completely make up my opinion. I am almost as conservative as they get without calling me a Christian Conservative... I have a little sway to the left when it comes to homosexuals. I'm ok with them if they keep it in their bedroom and would be ok with civil marriages. I do not and I mean DO NOT agree with gay marriage.

These parades are just disgraceful and only make me think about the children. I get beside myself when I think of these freaks being able to adopt children. Do they not realize what they are doing to those homosexuals that are perfectly able to care and raise children like humans? My heart aches for those babies that get adopted and raised into families like those that actively participate in these freak parades.

Do you really want your kids to see this crap? The funny thing is that now the church is being forced by the state to marry these people. What you do in your own home is your business, but if I acted like these queens do at a parade the man would take me to jail. The country is changing so get ready, next thing you know the Marines will have pink camo uniforms and your priest will be wearing assless chaps at mass. The Marxists love it, they scored a big victory over the decent, hardworking, tax paying, citizen with this gay wedding nonsense.

Clergy can refuse to marry anyone. Even a straight couple of their own church.

Right - - gay is not a Group Think.

As a whole they have one thing in common - - attraction to same gender. Beyond that they are as different as any and all people who inhabit this world.

The problem is - - you can't closet the ones you don't agree with.

Why do they have to have a parade? Seems kind of dumb to me, these things go way over the top like it's an excuse to be legally offensive to everyone, including themselves. But what do I know? I have a number of gay and lesbian relatives, two who died of HIV.

Idiots come in all forms, races, genders and religions, and peer pressure within any group can be a bit nuts at times, or donuts, I guess it's all good or bad depending on where you sit. They want to get married, great, get married and then they can STFU like the rest of us. Misery does love company.
