I can't judge that as English is not my native language either, but I do know that Hussein is not a commonly used name in Iran. The Iranian form of the Arabic name 'Hussein' would be 'Hossein'.

With that said, as you stated all governments are bad, they lie to the citizens, the media-MSN obeys the government, we hear what they want us to hear, therefore not one person can say definitively we know any truths or facts. We are a large country, within this country is 50 states, each state has a different mindset, you go to Idaho and they may shoot you, but then there are states like Texas or new jersey which has dominately accepted the middle easterners. Heck here we are over 100 years and we haven't united the light skins with the dark skins.
America is accepting if government would get out of our spaces, our minds.

Question for you, how would I the white American be treated in your country? From what I understand Americans get arrested and deemed spies, jailed. I'm wondering did you ever once feelfeel you would be arrested as a terrorist or spy whilst here?

That is your problem . Dont go to east or west coast next time. Come to the midwest. Where we accept any faith, creed, race, etc. I apologize on behalf of the United States. You misunderstand people's frustrations. It is well known that the Iranian people are well educated, and interested in interacting positively with the West. They come to the US for education and are generally friendly people. Normal people, just as most Americans are. Their culture and history are rich and storied.

But these same people are persecuted by their gov. They try to hold peaceful protests and are shot down in the streets by the army. It's their gov, their leaders, who we are against. The mullahs and the rest of that sick theocracy they call government.

And if we could travel in Iran as freely as an Iranian can travel in the US, it would be wonderful. Of course, that is impossible...not a week goes by without some traveler being imprisoned for 'spying' or other trumped up charge.

So please...you are wrong when you accuse us of hating all Iranians. That's just not true.

Your message is beautiful and I couldn't agree more. I am also Buddhist, but throughout my life i have been lucky enough to come into contact with many Muslims and create great friendships with them. I am a woman, even dated one. I must say i never met a bad one. They always treated me and my friends with the utmost respect and actually were very caring and protective of us....not in a controlling way...lets just say they saved me from some really bad situations! I notice Muslims have amazing family values and amazing care for the people in their life they love. yes there are extremists but there are bad people in every religion. I'm the 1st one to defend you guys when someone starts talking crap. I am american and i would urge more Americans to have an open mind about this.

They need to further Islam. I've also noticed a pattern. It seems that when a thread comes out it usually has about five or more like it. Like about Jesus, it's not one but a whole bunch, or 9/11, etc. Look for it, you'll see it. I am wondering if some of the so called posters are actually company people creating threads to guide us on a topic so the government can collect data. Think about it. Look for the multiples.

I welcome you to North America and hope that you can experience kindness and compassion. It seems today we have more potatoe heads since our generation was raised by people bathed in the socialism scare tactics. Usually this stimulates a fear based state of mind with symbolism. I understand what happened with 9/11 and how Al Qaeda is non existent. I apologize for the negative impact it had on you and your fellow man it must have been hard for people from the middle east to live in North America after the scare tactics began flooding the media.

My grandpa was a good man. I like to believe he was enlightened. Nobody could sit on a porch for a whole summer with a glowing smile day in and day out like he could. He speaks to me nowadays through that wisdom of silence and I interpret it in so many ways. The way the world is looking I can tell you that nothing will change unless we ourselves take control of ourselves and allow ourselves to become enlightened.

Once again I apologize for any negative lash that was inspired in the hearts of all these fearful minds in the western world. My grandpa says your only one man in a giant world but don't let that stop you from doing what you want to do.
