Actually it is true. Anyone can be trained to do it to themselves and it's possible to train another person to do it. Think of it like Pavlov's dog
experiment-- teaching the dog to salivate at the ring of a bell.
It's the same concept with the human body. Only it's a lot easier than going through a whole training course. Technically when everyone sleeps, they
already have nocturnal orgasms. Those orgasms during sleep happen entirely from thought. There's no physical stimulation in sleep and there's no
manual stimulation in sleep.
So, if you first train yourself (or another person) to get aroused by thought (not too difficult to do), then you increase the arousal in thought
until the point of having an orgasm with no manual stimulation of any kind.
Or... another way is sleep-trance. Like when a person is too tired and doesn't have the time to masturbate but has to stay awake to do work or
something else. There's another way to slip into orgasm by thought alone. And technically if a person doesn't get themself off and becomes too busy
with work, inevitably it will happen during their sleep anyway---for sanity.
It's also possible to train a person (any man or woman) to have orgasms through nipple stimulation -only. When you pinch on nipples it releases
endorphins for arousal into the bloodstream. If you keep doing it over and over, the person can have an orgasm that way. You could actually tie up a
man or woman, they incapable of touching their own body and just pinch and roll their nipples until there was enough of the endorphin released in
their bloodstream that they would have an orgasm without touching any other part of their body.
