Ju st another example of immigrants coming here with the feeling of entitlement and no appreciation of an opportunity to improve their lives. If you can't behave as a guest in some elses home don't be surprised when told to leave. She is studying civil engineering? She will have an easy time being an engineer in Saudi Arabia. I guess she is going to get a good taste of getting pushed around.

If a guy spit on me I would knock his teeth out. A woman, at least a slap in the face.

Deportation is a little extreme, in Saudi Arabia they will probably stone her to death for it. Let the punishment fit the crime. Cut her tongue out. Then she can no longer spit. Problem solved.

Maybe she was upset because she couldn't find a spittoon at Wal-Mart.

This lady is bitter. I can only imagine the confusion she might be going through as she may have been programmed as a child how horrible Americans are. I wonder if she decided to choose what she was taught about Americans to be her "default" thinking in order for things to make sense to her. Not to mention her home life might be full of the anger she is releasing onto strangers.

I think she should be ordered to anger management classes but I also hope every time she turns around she is facing loving and caring people. If she gets deported, I fear for her safety.

Now, if she is unreachable and her hatred rules her life, she would probably escalate from spitting to pushing or something. If she chooses the latter, she should be deported then.
Imo, first she should be given help (not at the tax payers dollar of course!). Hopefully with some help she would deal with her pain.

I seem to remember someone getting jail time for spitting in a cop's food, so I did a random search on "jailed for spitting" and the list is long! Apparently, spitting one someone is assault, and spitting in someone's food is criminal tampering.

If she committed an assault, then by law as an imigrant would be deported. So would they be deported for shoplifting, theft, drunk driving etc.

(No camels were jailed in this search!)

Send that trash back to where she came from. Wasn't Saudi Arabia the place where they won't let women drive, and people on facebook are suggesting whipping them? This woman is an idiot.

She spit on TWO people at Walmart. One person for "getting too close" and another for trying to HELP HER OUT. Sorry, this is not excessive, no second chances. She already had TWO CHANCES to NOT SPIT ON PEOPLE. It's obvious this woman has no idea what the word "respect" means. The she wants to bash Americans because she is acting like an idiot. If she would have spit on me, I would have gagged myself and vomited all over her.

You are correct. Spitting is considered assault, at least in Texas. I say....." Knock fire from her arz by throwing a shoe at her"! That should convey the disgust back to her.

Spitting IS disgusting. Personally I would probably knock the crap out of someone for that, But never in a million years would I wish anyone back to Saudi Arabia. Not even my worst enemy.

I agree, especially the way they treat women. It is easy to say, "ship 'em all back" but when you give it thought, they are just people trying to make a life for themselves. I am of Irish decent and have no more rights to America than anyone else. But at the same time, they need to respect our laws.

But you see, I'm not judging the woman's country, or the middle east, for her actions. I am judging her, and her alone. Those fools that spit on you when you were visiting here were just as awful, but unfortunately there isn't anywhere to deport them to hehe

If it was just this one indecent I would see no reason to deport her. A slap on the wrist would be sufficient.However her history shows that she is a threat. I am sure she has experienced prejudiced which probably didn't help her attitude any, but there was no excuse for what she did given the situation.

The more I think about it, the more I am on the fence about deportation.

You have a valid point. In fact I have never even heard of a Caucasian hate crime going to trial. But us white people get all the breaks and everything is handed to us so I suppose we should not complain.
