21st of May ain't gonna be it. AFAIK the bible explicitly mentions people won't know when the rapture happens, and goes on to say in words to the effect of: It'll happen when you least suspect or at your most vulnerable. So, definitely not the 21st.

Nuclear war happening in the next 10 years is more likely.

Interesting read, quite a few to choose from, however I think I have one to add to the list. The end of the world will come:

OH NO, what would happen if we were forced to actually TALK to each other? Entire civilizations would crumble, entire crops would be lost in Farmville and there would be no place to put the extra tractor next to the corn., or at least no way to update it every six seconds and have a hundred people hit the LIKE button.

I am being sarcastic of course, but it could be plausible.

Someday when these online things pass off as yet another fad, there may actually be a lot of money to teach people how to interact with each other. Maybe there will be a 12 step program for social site addicts?

Joined this forum today after reading it for 2 years

I am tech geek but the topics discussed here does interests me. All the 21May, Zombie and 2012 theories have scared me. Not for myself but our family, the kids. They deserve a life and before they even have one it is predicted to be taken away. It really makes me sad.

The condition of our planet today is not stable, corruption, global warming. I dont know why the people of this world are being so wrong and negative and selfish. Where is humanity now? I just want that all people should be you know one now and fight for all the negatives and wrong doing. I blame the Government and Politics alot. Hate it.

I just wish time passes by fast and everything turns out fine. It would I am trying hard not to be negative. Nothing will happen. I want to live and hopefully everyone of you wanna do the same. Do whats right for our planet and be wise to the Motherland

First of all this earth is still going to be spin round n round ( you spin me right round like a record player) after we are disposed of. No where does it say that the earth will go boom and no longer be here just us undescriptible humans. But my guess would be if that did happen we would lose out earth to the black hone in the center of our galaxy just my thoughts Zombies would be funny but I would rather face any thing but them. I find it so funny that people meaning as in scientist saying or this is how the the human kid will be killed out and so We can guess til we are blue in the face but we will not know how or when ☺

No rapture here but a day with blue skies, sweet smelling blooms, great stars, and a small fire to toast treats. These end of the world tall tales are a dime a dozen.

I did see that the source of this hoax was not releasing how he did the math out of the bible. I suppose that this was a ploy so that he can claim yet another error and a correction and a new predicted date. Had he shown how he pulled the number out of thin air then he would be unable to continue the charade.

Really shocked that nuclear war wasn't on the list, or maybe that was one of the boring scenarios that the OP mentioned. If I had to put my money on it, it will be Nuclear / Bio / or Chem warfare. Who knows maybe a combination of all three.

Im just wondering if somone can give me an explanation to what these readings are ... Im not a seismologist but if someone can tell me what causes these kinds of readings I would be grateful ... if no one can explain this , then Ill be starting to get worried ...

So what exactly is going on? 2012, Alien Disclosure, Pole Shift, Increased regional flooding from ice cap melt off or are we about to simply repeat that which the Earth and Humans have done before? Why don't we feel the tug now? The answer is simply. We do, but the comet is so small that it cannot be measured. The effects fall below the threshold of what can be measured.

As for the rest of your predictions what are they based on? There is just a long list of unsubstantiated claims with really zero chance of happening. This is very typical of the nonsense spit out into 2012 fora.

Althought none of your other predictions were right, I have to ask what made you think this would happen around this date? Especially intrigued that you said this way back then?
