Nope, I sure don't. But give it time... Someone probably will sooner or later!

There have been quite a few studies regarding the sculls and many different beliefs of their origins. Some believe that they were created by the Mayans, aliens or were gifts from the gods. Some believe that if brought together they will end the world, or save it, and then there has also been talk that the one who possesses all 13 sculls could attain unimaginable powers.
Seems like an all or nothing deal, eh? I've always been interested in the crystal skulls. They're made of quartz which is what we use to store information in some devices but we only need a small bit. So if that's what these are for imagine the tarabytes of memory are on each one. maybe the history of our race and our planet and the Aliens that visited us.
I bet there's a lot of porn in there.

That is so cool that the 13th skull has been found. Can't wait till they get reunited, so I can find out what will really happen.
You get to summon the eternal dragon and you get three wishes.
For my first wish I'd bring back dragonball z
Then I might think about bringing more light to this world but mostly I'd like to bring back dragonball!

Of course the American ones are fake. Americans can be quite the con-artists... I should know... i am one
This is a great topic OP! I once saw a documentary on the skulls and will now have to refresh. They are quite fascinating!
13 is in fact an interesting number. Like the astrological signs recently adding the 13th (Ophiuchus... the sign of healing)
Maybe that's why Dan Akroyd makes his vodka in a skull. I really should get one of those for display in a shelf.edit on 5/14/2011 by forall2see because: (no reason given)
It may also be why the Skull and Bones use the logo they do. And everyone knows how evil they are.

The same issues always come up with anything 2012.
Now the doubters are trying to say the HP computer articles are hoaxed too?
Oh come on. You just don't simply understand the skulls or anything foreboding to it. Plain and simple.
edit: If you think these are fake. I have to ask, do you think Obama's tificate was fake? just asking.edit on 15-5-2011 by PaR3v because: (no reason given)

One simply needs to go to the Wiki article HERE to see the study of the skulls.
You will see many were studied, with electron microscopes and by other means by reputable sources, and none of them determined they were ancient artifacts with an unknown creation process. Heck, one was made in the 1950s.
If these skulls were of identical design, found around the world and really had a process of creation we couldn't figure out, I might be interested. As it stands, it's rubbish - a delusional tale people grip to in their desire for this to be an amazing and mysterious story.

And yes, the sculls have been looked at by scientists, with startling results:
Art critic Frank Dordland even addressed Hewlett-Packard, the famous company that specialized in crystal oscillators at that time, for a competent examination of several crystal sculls.
The results were shocking not only for the scientist himself. The research by Hewlett-Packard in 1964 in a special laboratory revealed that the skull had been made long before the first civilizations appeared in that part of America where the skull was found. In addition, rock crystal of such perfect quality couldn't be found in that area. The most amazing thing was that the ancient skull weighing 5.13 kg, 203.4 mm long and 125.4 wide had been made of a whole crystal. This fact contradicted the laws of physics.
Hewlett-Packard experts say that the skull had been made regardless of all laws and rules. They surprisingly said: "The damned thing can't exist at all. Those who had done it had no idea of crystallography or of fibre-optics. The people completely ignored the axis of symmetry, which was to prevent the crystal from splitting during processing. It is strange why it didn't split at that!" No matter how unbelievable it may seem, the strange crystal skull can be seen in the Museum of American Indians.
www.mendhak.com...
The mendhak site list the locations of most of the sculls. It seems everything is falling into place. Like all of the prophesies ever told are slowly bearing some resemblance to the truth. Interesting times indeed.
PS: Did several searches, couldn’t find any threads on this. Why I do not know.

I'm on the fence about the Crystal Skull stories, but what I really doubt is that Hewlett Packard would have any interest in researching these sort of artifacts - back in the 60's they were slap-bang in the middle of development for venturing into the computer market with their first 'mini computers' (not so mini in todays standards ).
I seriously doubt they'd be putting their time and effort into researching possible mythical items.
My source for this? I work for Hewlett Packard
Peace out
