wait, what??? it was reported to us on SUNDAY at a 10.30p EST conference..... what was this past Sunday's Date?....

Wasn't this past Sunday May 1st? Also, I would have sworn that during the reports, information was passed along that he was killed one week prior and the news was not released immediately, so that DNA testing could be performed...

I have to agree one hundred percent. I was just saying the same thing to my wife.

This (twitter stuff) if true (not sure how it could not be) is ground shaking. It rattles all official stories to their foundation. I was tired as I just got off work, until reading this thread.

No, you actually have 3 different sources telling you he wasn't killed on May 1st. Two of those sources were "independant" sources.

Fox news ticker(waiting on verification I suppose)/Twitter guy/MSM Saying he was killed a week ago...(Which they claim, their source was The White House.)

And the one source

The President saying it all happened on May 1st.

Just thought you might have needed that framed up for you...

That is what I recall. The VERY first reports were that he was killed up to a week earlier but they didn't officially announce it until Obama's speech.

So the story appeared to change from 'a week ago' to 'just now.'

Which, IMO, blows the already suspicious cover story as to why they disposed of his body in the sea (a TOTALLY stupid move in an of itself, IMO).

They claimed it was due to the fact they wanted to bury him within 24 hours according to Islamic customs. This sounded bizarre to me because since when have we ever cared about this? So that was fishy.

But if he truly was killed more than 24 hours before, then it would prove they are lying about why they allegedly dumped the body and opens up a whole can of worms.

Something weird happened
Now I have no timestamps showing up on my tweets, or anyone elses for that matter (I just tried the change the date thing).

Someone confirm to me that timestamp dates are still on twitter please (restart your browser)...man, imagine if suddenly all dates across the twitterverse got yanked because of ATS...

It was May 2. We started waiting for him to speak at about 10:30 pm US ET Sunday night. He didn't speak until almost midnight. The raid took place on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 1:30 a.m. local time in Pakistan. That is 9 hours later than US ET.

Well yeah but my point is, that it wasn't a week before.... we have a few sources on Twitter and elsewhere saying that he was dead a week before.... and the President saying it happened 1/2nd May?

So that's what i'm getting at.

WOW!! I can't believe there are so many different understandings of the information released. It blows my mind that so many people have so many different versions of the story they believe.

It seems almost everyone's understanding differs from one to the next.

I understand it how I first described it and I am at a los to know where this information about him being killed just 24 hours before press conference came from, as this is not what I remember seeing on the TV reports and Presidential speech itself.

I think those people heard the news commentators speculating. I heard it as well on CNN, which is what I was watching on my TV, along with SkyNews online. SkyNews immediately reported 1:30 a.m. Pakisitan local time.

I have found no official White House sources saying it was a week earlier. That doesn't mean they didn't.
