Are you serious? They should have placed a body part at each corner of the country. Warriors desevere a dignified burial not terrorists. Osama should have been humilated. He is a discrace to the Muslim faith.

ok I'll accept that weak explanation but answer this .. why is there no video of the body .. I want video .. don't give me pictures .. this guy was the MOST HATED MAN IN THE US .. we have all this technology nowadays yet we have no recording of the body ..

Then why did they feel the need to show pictures and keep the bodies of Zarqawi, Hussein's sons, Hussein, Pablo Escobar, etc.? I'm not saying we should have mounted it, get real. But they should have shown the American people, before they disposed of the body. Why do you believe this story? Do you believe the government always tells the truth?

Us "sheeple" have bought into it because we stopped, thought before we spoke, and realized if Osama were to be buried, it would become either a shrine or a place of mass death. Sometimes what we have to do to preserve peace sucks.

I really hate saying this but the only way we could know for sure if OBL is was killed and was "honored" at sea is wait and see if there is a response ...whether media or violent...

just because you weren't invited didn't mean "picture day" didn't happen, same with video and DNA testing. what would they do with his body, anyways? showing it to the public would make us look more barbaric than we do already, as it would just look like we were trophying it around. america's still coming off the high of vengeance they got when they heard the news, providing ALL of the evidence would just make us seem even worse, as it'd be just the same as showing the body: people would say it's "a testimony to american power" or some such nonsense. give it another few days.

and an autopsy would be pointless. i can imagine it now:
"Sir, the autopsy on Mr. bin-Laden is complete, it appears he died from the gunshot would to the head."
"Excellent! I suppose this rules out the 'raccoon laceration exsanguination" theory!"

Because showing this right off the bat of his death could ignite some serious rage of his followers, and really I don't know what they may have up their sleeve (especially since they do major attacks every 10 years or so). They didn't want to push the buttons of any sleeper cells that may have a dirty bomb and just waiting for something disgraceful like a picture of Osama shot up on CNN to spark them to set it off.

Let the winds die down, you'll get your proof. Yes we deserve proof, but have a little faith.

B) I am not giving you a conspiracy, I am giving you a well thought out, solid opinion. The Fascist States of America and our corporate/Alien controlled shape shifting government has entirely way to much EGO to not show off their "trophy." Just look at the history of big time political/religious/criminal figures being killed. From Jesus the Christ to Jesse James to Pablo Escobar even Saddam Hussein. We have all seen pictures/paintings, some type of show and tell on their deaths. Now all of a sudden Osama Bin Laden (Tim Osman) is supposedly killed and they just give him cement shoes and dump him in the ocean? Come on man, that's not conspiracy or coincidence, that is [roof of something crooked going on!!!

I swear to god, if I was going to kill the baddest mofo on the planet. I would video tape it and release it to the world.

I'm pretty sure the Muslims started burying people in the ground before they were Muslims and before ships were invented.

The excuse that showing Osama's body would be viewed as a barbaric act of parading a trophy around is laughable. I watched the coverage of the news about Osama's death. People were parading in the streets, chanting USA USA and singing in praise of his demise, and the media couldn't get e-freaking-nough of it. You don't get more egotistical, showboating, and barbaric than that.

The perception that the Muslim population and other viewers got from the media of the US public's reaction to Osama's death is that we are barbaric, and that we did show off and have a parade for Osama's death. The -only- thing that wasn't provided was the "trophy," the evidence. Everything else you described was in play.

Yes, I agree Suzie, but what Islam forbids is representations of Mohammed the Prophet. Osama is another story, and even if we aren't talking about pieces of his body, a specific location of burial becoming a shrine (of which Islam does have a number of) being denied seems like a smart move, assuming we are being told the truth to begin with! lol

The only lie was that he's been alive for the past 10 years. His legend has outlived it's usefulness, so they disposed of it. Why would we do that? You just need to read about stuff like Operation Ajax to know that our government is capable of doing just about anything...

Im amazed in this day and age of camera phone proliferation, that there wasnt one person around who could have taken a few minutes of video, to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it was really Osama.

Its funny how this story mirrors Gaddafi's claims that the American gov killed his son and grandchildren by dropping a missile on a compound. No bodies/proof there either, only Gaddafi must have a couple of brain cells left because as insane as he is, he didnt claim to dump his dead relatives in the sea.

Americans are already looked at this way did you forget Saddam son Uday's dead body plastered on front page of pretty much every paper in the US ...yea

You might ask the question...How Long Does It Take To Run A DNA Sequence To Sequence A Genealogical Match?
Did they have his families DNA history on hand to run the sequence after they offed him?

I believe its all BS because i believe it takes longer than a day to sequence when you have both sides to compare, if you know what I'm saying, even with the latest DNA sequencing technology

Perhaps not if the autopsy was conducted with neutral non-biased people from the international community - the world and the international community has also been affected by the WarOnTerror and deserve untampered conclusive evidences on how and when the man died IMO!

And perhaps many people unfortunately don't trust just words when so many lies and propaganda has been coming from earlier US administrations?
