We can bash the President all day long when that's not going to fix a damn thing. The problem is that everyone sits on their ass complaining and pointing their fingers trying to blame all of their problems on someone else. How about everyone take responsibility for their own actions.

Did people forget that we control this Government? It's for the people by the people. If we got enough people together we could fire every single person.

Not only that like stated in many threads the Presidents are nothing more than puppets no matter their color. I really like Ron Paul and I hope he gets elected but I honestly believe if he tries to do everything he states they will straight murder him.

How about a valid, non-manipulated birth certificate? Face it; if GW could only account for about 5 years of his entire life, the left would have had a field day, and rightly so. All we got from BHO was a cover story about where he was but there is very little proof or documentation to substantiate it. This person creates more questions than he answers and that in itself should be a concern to every citizen.

See, you are being told and shown that this so-called birth certificate he released is fake. It is based on reality. It's not a single layer graphic document but rather a multi-layered graphic document that was created on a computer, but you are ready and willing to accept that, hook, line and sinker, no questions asked. He could have produced something written on a piece of toilet paper and you would probably frame it and call it real, cause' he's your boy. But for the rest of the thinking masses, that's not enough.

When this president or anyone else in the United States government returns to at least trying to give an honest, non-evasive, non-condescending answer based upon some sort of fact (not twisted numbers or bs spin) and without holding those who ask questions in contempt.... THEN and only then will I start to at least try to listen to what the hell they has to say. Until then, they deserve contempt. They means anyone in government not trying to give an honest answer. If you need a list of the lies - we can start with where $2.3 trillion disappeared to the day before 9/11 per Rumsfeld; the BP oil spill; the Japan nuclear reactors; the Katrina levy system; TARP; Corporate profits; Obama's pledge on lobbyists; so on and so forth, ad infinitum.

I will assert that it is the job of everyone who works for the United States government to be accountable to the People of the United States. Given that both parties have an established history of lying about, hiding, obfuscating information whilst accruing $14-15 trillion in debt - to not be asking, demanding answers, is a dereliction of our responsibility as citizens. Leastwise, it is our fault, collectively - to have allowed the United States to reach the point it has.

We've been lazy, and that has led to corruption (and worse). We can, of course, continue in our laziness and let things continue to get worse - which seems to be what non-birthers would certainly love. Or we can look at what got us to this point and try to reverse it. That involves a bit of scrutiny and a lot of effort. If something looks out of place, odds are something is out of place. But... I know many people are too lazy and possible quite incapable of thinking for themselves, so the official story is an easy sell to most.

When the facts begin to add up, when failure is no longer equated to success, and when Americans are no longer treated as possible terrorists, when the United States returns to rule of law... then, we might be easier to get along with. Maybe.
