He never 'became' Indonesian. He lived in Indonesia between the ages of 5 and 10.

Indonesian law (now and then) forbids a minor child who has obtained the age of 4 years to be naturalized.

United States law (now and then) forbids a citizen minor child to lose his/her citizenship under any circumstances, no matter what actions his/her parents may choose for themselves.

His mother would've had to file something called a "Renunciation Of Citizenship" with The US State Dept. for both her and Obama for which she never did and no record exists of it, once done it is very complicated to undo.

I managed to find the blog by following the link provided. But the article Truther is citing apparently is not available. There is however an article on the new Az law I found to be very nicely in tandem with Leo Donofrio's blog where the glitch in the Az law is exposed.

We got over the stolen election quite quickly, especially after his second election.

But we never got over his fake religious politics, his crony-ism, his willful ignorance, and his lying his way into a war that cost hundreds of American lives and destroyed the economy.

And that's why I ask birthers: If he shows the long form will you vote for him? Because if not, then this whole birth certificate thing is just a mask for the fact that you can't challenge him on the issues.

FALSE. He has not spent millions to defend any lawsuits. Of the 76 or so 'birther' lawsuits, Obama has been a defendent in exactly THREE. None of them went to trial, all were dismissed on lack of standing. (source)

It does not cost millions of dollars to file a form letter for dismissal. In fact, his lawyers have claimed they did it pro-bono (for the legally challenged like me, that means Obama was not billed for the trivial effort it took for some legal clerk to draw up the motion for dismissal).

The Obama campaign has spent quite a lot on post election legal issues. But then so has the McCain campaign.

Please do some research before you jump in with statements you believe are obvious. Yes, it does matter that Obama Sr was not a US citizen. You have forgotten the part about where he has to be under the jurisdiction of the USA, in which case he was not. Stanley Ann's age is to be taken into consideration in the overall timeline of her relationship with Obama Sr.and the time of Barry's birth and it also means that if Obama was born in Kenya, she cannot confer citizenship status, and that she herself as the wife of a British subject may in fact have surrendered her US citizenship. Of course, you are still assuming that that fake BC on FightTheSmears was absolute proof he was born in Hi.
Stanley Ann having a shotgun wedding to Obama Sr is a bit of a sidenote though.
Obama's website had stated that he was of Kenyan citienship, which means he is claiming dual citizenship, and you can see from my posts I have discussed this aspect already.

In order to give up your US Citizenship - you MUST write the State Dept and request revocation. Do you have any proof this was done? IF he had Indonesian citizenship, that did NOT automatically revoke or invalidate his US citizenship (feel free to check the State Dept web site for details).
