Not wishing to diverge from the OP too much, but the word "civilisation" can be spelt with a "z" or an "s". Although I may agree / disagree on your points, I think pulling someone up on their correct spelling of a word is a little (er) short sighted.

Anyway, not wishing to be pedantic but “Lol” is an abbreviation, so should be capitalised, which could also be spelt “capitalized” (i.e. with a “z”).

Lets get something straight right now. If all the arabs / Muslims wanted to kill the Jews, guess what? They'd overrun Israel in a heartbeat because they have all of us outnumbered (minus the chinese i guess) and because of their way of life and religion, many are willing to die in their struggle.

If the UN was "against" Israel, Israel wouldn't freaking exist, period. Israel wouldn't get to play the "get out of jail free" card anytime they break international laws.

If Israel wasn't a "Jewish State" the US would have invaded them and forced a regime change by now, they've gone into other places who have done less.

Some Muslims hate jews. Some Jews hate Muslims, some people hate peanut butter. That's a simple fact of life and is not license to toss around the holocaust anytime a discussion doesn't go your way.

Israel has one of the most advanced and well equipped armies on earth, if not the best. Israel has the economic and military support of the US, UK, and Canada no questions asked. Israel can handle themselves just fine in combat as they've proven anytime they took action.

Not wishing to throw the history book at you, but twice a alliance of Arab nations has tried to overrun Israel i.e. the Six Day War in 1967 and the Yom Kippur War in 1973. Unfortunately, many have died on both sides of the “struggle”.

Although the Israeli military is competent and well equipped it is not the best or infallible, as the most recent Gaza conflict demonstrated. In addition, there is no guarantee that Israel can rely on anyone’s support and certainly relationships with the UK cannot be relied upon.

Tragically, many Arab / Middle Eastern nations make an industry out of hating Israel and the Jew – as demonstrated by the material in schools in e.g. Saudi Arabia and the institutionalisation of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion into some Islamic nations and groups like Hamas. Jews have been oppressed and expelled out of many Middle Eastern nations over the last few decades where before there were thriving multi-faith populations.

Can some of the experts here please explain how all the "Arab alliances" actually came into being ?

Start with the Ottoman defeat and post WW1.

Were there free elections initially, or were all the Arab leaders installed by puppetmasters ?

How did all those countries (including Israel) get military buildup and funding after WW1 and WW2 ?

Perhaps the 20th Century wars "against" Israel were all designed to achieve exactly what happened .... gain land and increase "Jewish" population and create a "permanent" continuing cultural and religious conflict.

Did the Jewish expulsions from Arab countries help Israel or hurt ?

Were the Middle Eastern countries funded by bond issues ?

If so, who bought the debt ?

When we compare religions it may be relevant to see what the majority share in common. It seems to me that they preach unity but promote division. Any religion that believes it has the whole truth is false as they all have different factions, so none can have the whole truth.

On the subject of contribution to the world whether positive or negative, I find that it's human beings who are responsible for those, in spite of religion.

No religious group has any superiority over another. Each is as restricted as the others at different times because the religious beliefs often provoke tensions which distract people from being humane and respectful.

They put up signs in public areas insisting that others follow their rules, and when the signs were taken down, they put them up again. When they were taken down again, the clashed with and cowed the police into submission! CREEPING SHARIA HAS BEEN PROVEN RIGHT! Here is an interesting fact: I have never met a Jew who wanted to know WHY thier race has been so persecuted worldwide. I would want to know why if I was Jewish. Muslims have told me why they are hated. This may be the root of the conflict.

Great points all the way around. My best friend growing up was an Iran worshipper of Zoroaster. They left Iran when the Sha abdicated. Life in an Islamic republic is often not a happy place for a dhimmi (non muslim)...

As for the above quoted, I whole-heartedly agree with you. The only unfortunate thing for this younger religion is their access to modern weaponry. If memory serves, they are around 600 years or so younger than Christianity...
So with that understood, imagine if modern weapons were given to Christian Kingdoms in the 1400s.
They would have not have evolved sufficiently in their judgment and application of archaic edicts to wield their implememntation with any less vigor than we see radical Islam doing today.
In short, Muslims are a few hundred years behind Christianity with access to modern weapons....had modern weapons such as nuclear bombs been available to France and Britain 300-600 years ago....well, i think we can guess what would have happened.....

Hopefully moderate voices will prevail.....
Although it took hundreds of years for modern society to socially evolve to the point where logic and morality trumped some of the more barbaric dogma of Christianity..
It is reasonable, in my opinion, to expect the same with Islam....

The poster was obviously doing this as a form of satire but it is funny to see that he caught you out.
