Yes. WW3, or anything/everything else. But in light of the disasters that have already occurred, the Gulf of Mexico, Fukushima, deindustrialization, bee colony collapse, massive immigration, TARP, EPA carbon trading BS, what more do we need in the way of depopulation-level events?

I would like to retract my statement about the rapture being the next earth shattering event,It is quite possible that just before that happens ,there will be an announcement from TPTB that aliens exsist,then shortly after this the rapture happens.

Yes something is defiantly going on in this world. IMO the galactic alignment/Christ's return can be the cause. My advice to everyone: whether you believe the end is near or far, love one another like its about to happen in the next 5 minutes.

And even a stopped clock is right twice a day. The longer we go without an EL event, the more the probability goes up that we will have one.

I am really torn about this right now, but I have to lean towards yes, something is coming. Too many things occurring that make me think it is…..underground bunkers being built at a hasty pace, near earth objects are heading this way, natural disasters are increasing, the world economy is in collapse, many wars being fought at the same time, and an overall gut feeling.

I would gladly be wrong though, if it meant that nothing will happen.

Possible. Religious prophecies aside, we will be aligned with the center of the universe and the magnetics alone are already causing problems on a global scale. Let's add a little humanity to mix and there's plenty of room for planet wide extinction. But I believe there will be plenty left should disaster occur and the best thing any of us can do is cherish each day and get our lives in order. Being afraid of tomorrow only detracts from today.

Also... I personally believe the soul survives the bodies death. So this life is not all there is. Enjoy the ride.

You may as well put me down as a gloomy doomy, I don't believe everyone is going to start stabbing themselves in the neck with pens ("the happening" style) and I don't believe random US cities are going to be infilitrated and nuked after the gubment puts crap in our water turning us all into zombie-esque guys and gals ("the crazies" style, Wahlberg version) but I do believe we will have some kind of "wipe the slate clean or at least make room on the chalkboard for new" type of event (no movie reference for that one).
