I second. I read an theory, that harp injects low frequency waves into the earth by bouncing off the signals to a target location, causing the earth to resonate, causing the earthquake.

Nooow, did ANY earthquake occour AWAY from a faultline, where probably thousands of quakes occoured before man roamed the earth? (at the fault line that is).

This was in 2001, in relation to the infamous Lynmouth flood disaster on 15 August, 1952.

Anyone who claims (or, as is most often the case on ATS, merely ridicules others for considering such possibilities) the military are not actively researching/testing this type of warefare capability, clearly have absolutely no idea of the world they reside in - or are simply here to hide the truth from the public and can regularly be seen derailing any legitimate discussion on the subject by using well-known tactics such as character assassination, ridicule and goading of the claimants, when initial 'scoffing' fails.

Sure, people will follow red herrings (often set in place to undermine and discourage research into top secret subjects - this is a given), but this is also a normal aspect of investigative research and should not be used (by non-disinfo agents, at least!) in an attempt to discredit an otherwise legitimate topic of investigation.
When such tactics are attempted by those who are clearly educated...alarm bells should ring.

There is more than enough circumstantial, and even a little direct evidence that warrants those concerned about abuses of power to watch HAARP very, very closely.

The US military also carried out cloud seeding in Vietnam as well this was called operation popeye.

They use low frequency radio waves at 3.6 million watts to push the ionosphere upwards, causing the stratosphere to go up and fill in the gap which in turn moves the jet stream around and changes weather conditions. Low frequency radio waves cause vibrations and are similar to the way sub-woofers vibrate everything around them with very low bass. 3.6 million watts of ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves can be directed to any location in the world by bouncing off the ionosphere and hitting the target to cause huge earthquakes. That is how it's done. Total weather control is expected to be accomplished by 2025 and that's the military's goal.

Right, so you don't actually have a clue what youre talking about?

How and why would increased ionisation in the upper levels of the thermosphere cause gases in the stratosphere to move away from the Earth, through the mesosphere ...... And how and why would this affect the jetstream in the troposphere?

I do know what I'm talking about. The stratosphere and all the other layers have to move upwards to fill in the gap as the ionosphere is pushed upwards into space. Do you not know anything about the atmosphere? HAARP has been doing this for years. It heats up a small raised section of the ionosphere and can change the direction of the jet stream by hundreds of miles. Essan just seem to be like the standard debunker ignorant to everything or something ? you commented on a chemtrail thread just spreading 'illtruths' saying its untrue, i dont see why you feel the need to voice your opinions on this thread as well, theres too much PROOF HAARP can cause earthquakes and other 'natural disasters' and proof that chemtrails are a daily occurance and yet you still come on these threads to dispute it with people who know its true.

What gap? There isn't one. Whether ionisation takes place higher or lower than would be occurring naturally as a result of solar activity does not affect the lower atmosphere - else we'd been seeing massive changes on a daily and annual basis due to natural variation in ionisation.

When the ionosphere is pushed upwards, a gap between the ionosphere and the layer below it appears if that layer does not conform to fill it. That process is what causes all of the layers to move upwards with the ionosphere. The ELF waves do not push on the other layers because they are not ionized. Do you understand now? I don't have time to argue with someone who doesn't understand something. Watch the damn videos and read the documents. If you don't want to do it and you think you can just "debunk" it all by a leap of faith, then we're done.

Going by this logic then, the sun would push the ionosphere down.

HAARP is directed at a minuscule part of the sky with a minuscule amount of power compared to the sun, which hit's half planet and has thousands of time more energy.

You're forgetting the fact that the sun is far away and most of the radiation from it is deflected by the magnetic field. HAARP can still push the ionosphere up with its ELF waves. Nick Pope from the Ministry of Defense understands how it works and so do many others. HAARP even admits on their own that their technology is capable of doing what I explained and they've already done it several times. Did you even watch the videos and read the documents? You keep ignoring that. Seems like you're not interested in learning anything about it.

I have buddies just like these 'trolls' can you even call them trolls ? or are they just too ignorant to accept the facts !? i sent some of my buddies these links that confirmed it for me and they are still quoting some source they found on google claiming that HAARP, cannot reach the required power to create EQ's yet people who work with it and have worked with it have said that it 100% has and can. Do you not think that they (Government, NWO) would lie and coverup to hide the truth of its real power to mainly the public as well as other countries, anyone who thinks that governments in this day and age or any government organization does anything for OUR good, not to better themselves and thinks that they always give us the TRUTH, then you are seriously oblivious to the NWO and the illuminati, and 'God' help you. The ionosphere is simply that part of the atmosphere in which ionisation occurs. If this occurred at sea level, the air at sea level would still be the same density - there'd just be more free electrons in it.

However, where ionisation actually occurs - 60 miles+ above the earth's surface - the air is so rarefied that even if we could somehow scoop all the molecules in it up to leave a void, filling that void with fresh molecules from lower in the atmosphere would have no effect whatsoever on the troposphere. It'd be like filling a swimming pool with water out of the ocean and expecting to see a discernible drop in sea level.

Some people go to the extreme before accepting something. Some of these skeptics are so closed-minded that they still wouldn't accept the existence of UFOs even if some landed on their front yards. That's how ridiculous it gets. Even official documents from the agencies that develop the projects in question aren't enough for skeptical extremists. If they don't accept documentation and demonstrations from HAARP or government, then they may as well not accept any documents or demonstrations from scientists. It's hypocritical to accept one and reject the other when the evidence is overwhelming for both of them.
