It sends 1 billion watts of microwave energy up into the atmosphere to collide with the ionosphere, causing a massive rebound of energy that slams back into the Earth and disrupts the tectonic plates, resulting in earthquakes. Several credible people have investigated it and confirmed it to be real technology that is capable of such destruction. HAARP has a facility in Alaska and performs atmospheric experiments quite frequently.

I just explained why it causes earthquakes. Did you and everyone else skip my post or something? Seems to happen quite often when I post information and it annoys me. Here is what I said.

1 billion watts is a made up figure...
the maximum output of the Alaska facility is 3.6 megawatts.

Thats why im making this thread, in hope someone can tell me how haarp could cause eqs and other catastrophes. Also, why would it?

It started in 1995 when Nick Begich published Angels Don't Play This HAARP. However, the book was filled with pseudoscience and patents that have nothing to do with HAARP. Furthermore, at the time Begich's book was published, HAARP was only capable of producing several hundred watts of energy. Even at its current output of 3.6 mW it isn't capable of doing what Begich claims. Another fun fact about Begich is that he claims to be a doctor, but the "school" his diploma is from is a diploma mill, where for a fee you too could be a doctor.
