Zombies (Panic) its going to be a bad day in your neighborhood!!

Weld me a nice plow on the front of my Camaro. Little bit of armor. No guns though. My son has a Daisey bb gun..

Mad Max all the way. I only get 8 miles to the gallon so I need fuel quite often. I can improvise on weapons.

Nothing better then a good plow to knock em down you could take alot of the zombies out in one swoop! In fact i just peeked out my window and thought i just saw you fly bye

Sorry, but disucssions about Zombies, Vampires or other such childhood fluff isn't what ATS is here for.

Didn't realize ATS is all about work and no play. People come here to escape from the real world into a place where just about anything can exist. I really hope you aren't relying on a conspiracy forum to talk about "serious discussions of real world events" especially in the off-topic forum.

But getting back to zombies. Not sure if I'd go for the crowbar or the metal bat. I did just buy nail gun so that would be pretty amusing.

I think a nail gun would be a great weapon the metal bat would be a good one to.. or you could do a Rambo and use both at the same time!

After finishing the game, Only then did I realize the mini games in it are much better. Been hooked on the zombie mode for the last couple of days, Best part is that you get to play as JFK.

That is a neat video game and so realistic i might have to look into that.. oh and i like your avatar also..

Depends on the zombies. Slow zombies would just be fun. Fast on the other hand,thats going to take planning.

What would you do ???

1. Grab my BOB and the wife's BOB (Bug out Bag, for those not familiar with the Survival forum), gun, and my machete.
2. Get my wife.
3. Call my friends. (try and get them to join us)
4. Try to all get down to the Marina.
5. Loot a few convenience stores and drug stores on the way.
6. Look for a boat that is running.
7. Hijack said boat (or at least join the guy running)
8. Head for one of the nearby islands.
9. Listen on the radio, as long as we can, to see what's going on.

Lets get real. If a outbreak would occur it would be like this



Complete chaos. Go to the gun store? Yeh good idea, apart from the fact that the other 50000 people in your city have same idea, as well as supermarkets.

That's why I hit convenience stores. They're on the way, and if one is too crowded, just skip to another, etc. (and all while headed in my general escape direction...)

To be honest, my fellow man (in the exodus) is going to be a far more potent enemy and threat than the undead, in this initial stage of the panic. If I was in an area where I could avoid people in my exodus, I would, but not in such an area. For me, getting to the Marina quick (which is manageable, as lots of through roads, and only about 10 min from my house) is my best bet to avoid the most people.

I'm basically on an island-like peninsula, and there are only four main highways out, and they would be clogged more than one could imagine.

Boats will be the best bet.

Im out on a farm far away from anything so id be safe here for awhile till all the city folk that were still alive made it out this way i think the zombies would hang around the towns for an easy meal!
