Just when I thought your arguments can't get any more dumber.

I would re-read that statement if I were you.

You can edit it if you would like.
To be honest with you, I try to stay away from criticizing people on syntax.

In case you haven't figured it out yet, when you use the word dumber then there is no need for the word more.

Like I said, I was hesitant to even point that out, but your only argument is to personally attack the integrity and intelligence of other posters; however, you have clearly shown that you lack both.

By the way colonial Americans fighting in the Continental Army and militias typically had no uniforms, sometimes not even any shoes.

They owned the clothes on their back and that's about it, and the army was too poorly funded to buy them uniforms and in many cases shoes.

They typically had to furnish their own musket, ball and powder, and often obtain their own rations to eat.

Were they cowards too?

The Irgun, Lehi Levy, and Stern Gang had no uniforms either, where they cowards?

I tell you what, since you are so brave and so smart, why don't you suggest to the Israeli Military it set aside a day, say a year from now, where the IDF with just foot soldiers, no tanks, no planes, no drones, will meet the Hamas militia with just personal firearms in an open field staring one another down in an evenly armed fight.

See who comes out on top, see who runs away, see how rediculous your statements are that the over reliance on stand off and attack weapons is brave.

The IDF got it's but kicked royal the last time it went into Lebanon, it had to rely on smashing things from the air with warplanes and missiles where there were no opposing forces to stop them.

Once ground troops in Southern Lebanon came across well armed and trained Hezbollah Fighters they actually had to fight and didn't do to well.

They lost their stomach for it rather quickly and as I recall the Israeli Public wanted inquiries conducted as to why their mythical invincible civilian soldiers couldn't accomplish their objectives on the ground.

Pitty they never got a chance to bravely line up disarmed surrendering prisoners like in the Sinai and execute them all in cold blood,.

Nothing brave about the pink thong wearing commandos of the Israeli Armed Forces who cried like a bunch of girls when aide workers armed with pipes kicked their butts.

You funny.

Neither would run, that's for sure, but the Israeli side would definitely take more casualties, if that's what you're getting at.
As for who would come on top? I'm assuming the IDF, seeing as how Hamas doesn't have any open field fighting experience or training.

You don't even know what Lebanon was like, it was hardly an open field all out battle, it was more like walking into a pre-set ambush with intel dating 4 years back... Alotta bad decisions and still the kill ratio was 5:1 and the IDF couldn't be stopped from reaching where ever it wanted to get.

Pitty they never got a chance to bravely line up disarmed surrendering prisoners like in the Sinai and execute them all in cold blood,.

Is that some kind of IDF policy in your eyes or do you bring it up just for the sake of bashing Israel?

Takes a lot of guts to take a beating from a mob wielding pipes holding nothing more than a paintball gun.

With respect,
Eliad.

Kind of hard without an open field to practice in huh?

However the Rebels in America used that presumption against the British in some key battles, back in the good old days when terrain and the use of it played a big part in drawing in and committing reserves while hiding troops, so you could then out flank the opponent.

We should have never given up swords, war became a bankers game after the cost of conducting it became so high.

Yeah I hear you there, I only visited the place once back in the 80's and just Beruit to see if I could get kidnapped. No such luck, some great kodak moments as I anticipated though.

But lets be honest how much of that 5 to 1 kill ratio was because of close in air support.

Further reaching where you want to get it, holding it and occupying it are two different things.

All in all Hezbollah put up a much better defense than the Lebanese militias and army did during the massive invasion of Lebanon in the eighties, Isreal clearly did not enjoy the cake walk they anticipated, and beyond smashing a lot of civilian infrastructure accomplished little to nothing.

Is that some kind of IDF policy in your eyes or do you bring it up just for the sake of bashing Israel?

It's wel known that the IDF massacred scores of surrendering Egyptians in the Sinai.

No bashing there, honestly if your not proud of it, don't do it!

Takes a lot of guts to take a beating from a mob wielding pipes holding nothing more than a paintball gun.

I imagine it does, mobs are never fun to deal with. Which is why I probably wouldn't have boarded a ship armed with a paintball gun after firing across it's bow in the middle of the night.

I like you, you have a nice way about you like Yischair and I get a good feeling about you.

Really? Is that why one of your threads is called "Auschwitz Gas Chambers a Myth?"?

Why are so many "Israel-critics" also Holocaust deniers? Is it a mere coincidence?

Good idea !

IF it went right through,

WHERE did it hit ?

Where is a picture of the "explosion point" ?

OR, where is the "leftovers" of the projectile ????

I see no pics or even a hint by the MSM.

I STILL think this whole thing is a false flag production.

A military training exercise that is being exploited !

You'd think they'd drop by and pay respect to the deceased or share a few words of condolence. Instead they all come in here and further smear and slander the reputation of decent, law-abiding and democratic jews.

Are you serious? Do you people really think the IDF is taking this rubber-room talk and you seriously enough to come stalk you on the internet?

Wow. Just wow.

Ah no one died in the attack on the Bus. So evidently you didn't share a few words with the deceased either or offer any words of condolences.

It's amazing many of us are actually trying to have a civilized discussion on intriquing aspects of this and evidently you know next to nothing about the events since you apparently don't know, that no one died.

So besides injecting angry emotion, and false information into the thread, what if anything helpful or constructive do you imagine you are doing by posting such utter emotionally laced nonsense?

I would really love an honest answer in regards to that, assuming perhaps incorrectly you are capable of one.

Thanks.

He means the Isreali Internet Defense Forces, you might have heard of them, they are a volunteer blogging organization that gives concerned 'friends of Israel' talking points and links and strategies to promote Israel through the electronic medium known as the internet.

It's a very real organization that helps coordinate a 'united front' on Israeli issues by 'friends of Israel' on the current news topics of the day.

A simple Google Search will take you to their web site. You really do seem tragically uninformed.

Thanks.

What idea would that be? Please feel free to post on topic and something lucid and specific.

Anger seems to cloud some people's ability to provide any kind of coherent statements.

As you can see some of the serious and honest members of ATS are continuing to do quality research on this subject and to discuss it civilly.

Please do feel free to join in on that.

Thanks.

The Jewish Internet Defense Force (JIDF) is a "private, independent, non-violent protest organization representing a collective of activists"[2] whose work has sometimes been termed "hacktivist" by the news media.[3][4] The organization uses social media to mobilize support for campaigns against websites and Facebook groups that promote or praise what it regards as Islamic terrorism or antisemitism.

Hard to believe so many concerned 'friends' of Israel posting to this thread have not heard of it.
