"Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people."
-Eleanor Roosevelt

We all know what category the gossiping wenches on The View and their audience fall into.

Great stuff. S&F.
MediaMatters' copy is hillarious!

Media outlets: Stop hosting Alex Jones. There is no way to justify allowing him to promote this garbage.

Tell me they wouldn't cover this to get more readers/viewers.

Go Charlie, Go!

And if you're reading this Charlie, I hope you make a juicy film soon.
Peace.

Awesome. Why is it that whenever an alternative news source/community is mentioned in the media, it is always assosciated with something negative.....

A couple of things I noted about the vid... In the opening when Alex begins to speak about Charlie and how his recent statement had nothing to do with being ON drugs and everything to do with Chuck Lorres vanity cards, do you notice the atmosphere automatically change.... Barbara quietly interjected with "The producer" then Chuck continues...
Whoopi after a few minutes tells Alex to slow down? Now I have watched this show unfortunately a few times, and one thing I cannot stand is how fast they talk and the constant speaking over of one another.

***DID YOU NOTICE that as soon as the possibility of Charlies behaviour being a result of drug abuse was ruled out, the blonde one immediately suggested manic depressive disorder. Not once did Alex say this , or agree to this.

Having a passion for the truth may be perceived as a sign of insanity ---> Lame.

Good ole dave...... Your posts lack substance once again.

Your attacks on people with childish insults on this website has grown old and quite lame.

We get it.... You hate conspiracies, you hate the 911 forum yet you are here for 12 hours a day.

We get it. You hate Alex Jones and anything else that doesnt conform to your narrow, ignorant views of a mundane reality.

Try JREF forum...... Ignorance and childish rants are a norm there.

Alex has made his point. Focus on other important topics. Who really cares about a movie star. Its the people that seem to care more about what some movie star is doing over what is really going on in the world....war, death, lies. Sheen is a perfect candidate to misdirect our attention.

Not so smart people are not listening to anything important but are waiting for a reason to make themselves feel better as to why they have been ignorant all their lives.

So because Charlie drinks and Alex talks about him does not erase the fact that ISRAEL played a part in the operational planning and execution of the 911 attacks,

Giver yer head a shake man.

It's hard to get a bead on what exactly was going on in that clip. I mean the subtext or back story. I can't decide whether Alex just blew his chance for more appearances in mainstream television or if this was his coming out party to a whole new and much much bigger audience.

Incidently, props to Whoopi Goldberg for trying to slow the man down a little. I'm an Alex fan and I could hardly keep up with him. What he said must have been a sonic blur to most people who were unaware of him.

Memo to Alex: You don't have to talk fast to "get it on record". It's on record. That job has already been accomplished thanks to you and others.

There is a new job in town. Explaining the globalists to folks who've never heard of them. If you are interested in that job, do like Whoopi says, "Slow down." Take it at a measured pace. Just getting on "The View" is a big deal. I hope you haven't blown it. Check out what James Brolin did on that program. Take a leaf from his book. History is on your side. Handle your next big exposure like a pro. TV is a cool medium. Be cool like James Brolin.

What Alex should really be doing, if he gets another chance like this, is intriguing the audience with his "view" of the world. Tell them something that grabs their attention . . . but leave things unsaid.

Vladimir Horowitz, the great classical pianist, put it like this. "Let them know you have millions, but only show thousands."

That keeps them coming back for more. That makes fans of "The View" send their emails to Barbara Walters, asking for more of "that Alex guy".

My good friends...I have said this before in many of my other posts.please if you have time read some of them.
Jones has had a rothschild on his show...he is now on the view....do you all still think he is "on your/our side".

These people, icke included, are a road block to your true freedom (by freedom I mean whatever you want it to mean-financial, spiritual, etc). think about it...WHO was it that started doing research on the nwo, illuminati, etc? who was it that sensed something is not right in the stories we are provided on tv? IT WAS YOU. not jones or icke or anyone else. YOU YOURSELF Figured it out. you just happened to have stumbled upon these people who UNFORTUNATELY took control of your thought process with the (BLAME GAME) idea of fault.
What I mean is that jones, icke and the rest of these guys (while they are FUN to watch and read) only give the conclusion that it is THE MANS fault. BLame it on the NWO. THEY CONTROL bla bla bal.
this hinders your true process.

this idea of saving or waking up people is insane and time wasting. PEOPLE LOVE to be slaves. they love to keep sleeping. thats why the nwo works. its the artificial womb. Jones and these people are only stoping you from realizing that YOU YOURSELF are the reason/result/proof.
the ONLY difference between jones and say glen beck or any person on tv is the switch up between words such as "muslim fanatics" and "nwo/illuminati".Get what Im saying. SAme tone of voice. same b.s lines.
its like in the matrix.. YOU are the one.

dude is on the freaking VIEW. lol

I think you make a very valid point, but a lot of people like Alex Jones and David Icke and others, including people in these forums, don't want our society to "progress" to a stage like Czarist Russia, with its masses of peasant food producers and cannon fodder. We don't want our societies to become feudal oligarchies, like Mexico or countries in a perpetual state of civil war like Colombia. That's what happens when oligarchs go unchecked.

You can laugh at us if you like but we are going to carry on and see if we can have as much influence on the course of history as the oligarchs have had up to this time. I don't think that it is a given that we are wasting our time.

Derail Jones? Jones was invited there to talk about Charlie Sheen not crackpot theories. Had he been able to keep his head screwed on straight for more than 12 microseconds, he might not've come off as a nutter. But he couldn't and he did. What a surprise.

It's also telling how on one hand the Greek chorus here poo-poos the main stream media as tools of the NWO yet spooges mightily when the MSM calls. Disconnect? Disingenuousness? I'll let you decide.

The MSM allows access to a large audience. That is its only use to people like Alex Jones.

The real trick is to use the opportunity to maximum advantage. I don't think Alex did that.

I think he is a sincere individual. I don't think he is a plant or a disinfo agent or anything but what he purports to be.

He has to be careful though, because his achilles heel is his very excitable manner. Sly TV hosts, offering him a chance to appear on television to indulge in celebrity gossip, in exchange for a little exposure of his political views might be counting full well on his inability to present calmly.

From their point of view, a visit from Alex might be seen as:

1. A way to get the juicy gossip about a celebrity like Charlie Sheen.

2. A way to make ordinary Americans think that the anti-globalists are people with personality disorders bordering on hysteria.

That way they kill two birds with one stone.

Alex is great for radio. In McLuhanesque terms, a "hot" medium. He needs to cool down for mainstream TV. He'll never be a James Brolin. He'd need an anaesthesiologist for that. But he does need to calm down.

The game is changing. Alex needs a serious makeover, but a subtle one. Maybe meditation would do it. He needs to get control of his nervous system.

Unfortunately I watched the episode in Question.
(was waiting while my car was serviced)

Alex was meant to be talking about Charlie Sheen and tried to drop 9/11 ,Iraq etc.... into the conversation.
It was really embarresing to watch and he really made people who want to question the truth look like raving nutjobs.

He could have easily just stuck to the subject of Charlie Sheen and stood up for him and given a plug for his website at the end, but he really came across as a raving lunatic.

He did his own credability no good and I doubt if the outburst will get him any more viewers or subscribers, he would have got a larger percentage of the population watching the show to at least look at his site had he not made such a scene.

I doubt that he will get much more mainstream chances unless they are looking for a token conspiracy theorist

You have a talent for understatement. Had he conversed instead of mimicking a bullhorn, the door might yet be open for return appearance should (when) Sheen says/does more stupid #. After that infowars sploogefest, Sheen could be saying equally stupid # on Jones' show 24/7 and nobody's going to touch Jones with a 10 foot pole.

He's toxic. He's radioactive. He very ably channelled his inner loose cannon and demonstrated for all the thinking world to see why he's relegated to a dark, seldom-visited corner of the media spectrum.

Johnny Carson, who knew something about television, said that in doing the Tonight Show, he brought literally everything in his experience, to the program. It's just the nature of the medium itself to suck everything out of its subjects and to leave them a withered husk before moving to the next thing.

That is an ideal situation for a guy like Alex Jones, with a lot to say.

The trick though, is to get the medium interested in sucking you dry. That is Alex's challenge. If he can learn to operate on its terms, television will expose every item of interest that he wants to bring up (plus a whole lot more of course).

Don't force feed TV, Alex. Tease it. Let it slowly sink its fangs into you. Then it will suck out all the information you want to give it.

Be charming. Be interesting. Flatter them. Leave them wanting more. It's the only way.

He won't get any. He cooked his own goose and he'll blame everybody BUT himself for that. As I said earlier to the demographic that "The View" is targeted at, it's all about conversation rather than didactic preaching.

Jones hoisted himself on his own petard and mark my words, he'll blame a conspiracy of the main stream media for him being there and never being allowed to darken the doors of a normal television show again (except as an audience member perhaps).

The View is an important program for one main reason, pillow talk.

Alex has to remember that he is talking to America's "domestic engineers" when he appears on The View. That daytime audience doubles at night, when the tired and weary eardrums of America's economic warriors return to the cave and cuddle up to the speaker systems they are married to.

The VIEW has an opportunity to share and discuss life changing important knowledge but they fail daily by focusing on topics that really has no bearing on the continuity of pursuit of human happiness.

Alex's point was that, why is the View focusing on some guy who works in the tv industry and what he does on his personal time rather than the thousands if not millions of injuries and deaths to Iraqi civilians or what is really going on the in the world and how we as a human family can easily repair and help but instead it's LOOK! Its a movie star who is spending money or doing things in his personal private time. SHAME!...

What a weak group think mentality society has embraced. Im 100% behind what Charlie says. We just forgot after decades of watching tv daily that the people we watch are just people like you and me with jobs that we can watch. Leave the guy alone.

One thing is for sure, I would love to be in his position so would most of you. He is obviously successful and was/is well enjoyed in many movies and tv shows.... We should thank him for the good times he gave us.

Besides. He can turn tin to gold. That sold it for me.

The interview is now on the front page of the Drudge Report.

www.drudgereport.com...

Between the View and Drudge,Alex just went viral. He could not have paid for MORE publicity with a checkbook if he tryed.

Doesn't give him more or less credibilty.

Just the exposure he wanted.. Hope it works for him.

MSM will discredit him as a reporter/journalist to take away his credibilty,so a lot of people will dismiss anything he says.

But a LOT more people.

Maybe some will come around.

On the infowars show, Alex Jones says media matters panicked that Alex Jones is using this controversy to his advantage. He will be on other major networks as well.

My guess is that they wanted Alex Jones on the View to embarrass him, but now that they are seeing that he is using this to his advantage, I'm guessing they'll try and bury this Charlie Sheen controversy. It would be great if they just stopped talking about Charlie Sheen and then maybe he'd have some privacy again. But if not...well it'll be entertaining to say the least.

Of course Alex Jones would say that. The guy's like, "Stupendousman" from the Calvin and Hobbes comics where a child in a superhero costume is constantly spanked by his parents, beat up by bullies, sent to the principal's office, etc for pulling outrageous stunts and in his own demented personal version of reality he always sees himself the moral victor.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the hosts of the View bring him on because they wanted to know more about the Charlie Sheen meltdown? These chicks don't give a flip about politics- they care about typical stay-at-home housewife topics like celebrity scandals and the latest spring fashion. They've forgotten all about this guy and his infowars baloney within the two minutes it took to get him out of the studio and get past the commercials but in his dementia it's all part of some grand neverending crusade against him. To him, he's a legend in his own mind while to everyone else he's little more than a T-shirt salesman.

Come on, people, just becuase you're into these conspiracy stories it doesn't mean you're obligated to give this guy your servile loyalty.
