he HAS proved that he is a US citizen, born in Hawaii, but the birthers have not moved on as it has nothing to do with any bit of paper.

IMO just give them the long form and black out any embarrassing info on it.. and be done with it. Just as a human being and not the president who I feel has screwed up.. I dont demand all of his info and dont want him ridiculed for things he has no control over. Id just prefer all of this be done with. One way or the other.

This is perhaps the funniest thing I will see all day, the hawaii governor who sought to quell the birther theories just got punked by his own master. If someone were to write a fiction book about all this people would criticize it as being too unrealistic, too stupid, and too predictably unbelievable. But hey, that's politics.

Gee, I bet Obama is beating his head against a wall! So this Governor was going to ignore HIPPA laws, and go out on a limb to "help" Obama, but all he has accomplished is pouring fuel on the fire? All of his good intentions, no matter how illegal, have now worked to give credibility to the "birthers."

Keystone Cops look like dam professionals compared to our Government officials! This guy should be arrested, impeached, and Obama should make a personal visit to slap him. Just as the issue starts to die down a little, this guy wants to help.

WND isn't the most reliable source of information. However, if the birth certificate really did go missing at some point, it wouldn't surprise me at all. Possible perps .... Obama and/or his imps wanting to cover something up or anti-Obama imps wanting to cause a problem. (assuming there really is a BC to 'go missing' )

No one in their "right" mind would spend millions to hide a document that cost less than twenty bucks.
So, either the BC does not exsist or Obama is not in his right mind. Either way its a problem for the Nation.

The real issue for me is the different Social Security Numbers used by Obama over the years. Whose SSN is on Obama's draft card?

Did Obama commit fraud by receiving immigrant status at college ?

Why do our elected officals refuse to investigate these claims. Heck, the Nation spent more money investigating Bill Clinton over a bad Real Estate deal than was spent investigating 9/11.

You had better read up on the definition of perjury. Signing a document is not perjury. Perjury is making a false statement after having been given an oath to testify truthfully.
And no matter how often you say the word treason, it doesn't make it so. If he is not a citizen, then he owes no allegience to the US, and that is an absolute predicateo a charge of treason, either under the Constitution or the United States Code. Only someone who owes allegience to a country can be guilty of treason. That is why combatants in a war can't be executed by the US for treason. So continuing to spew out the word "treason" is like saying, "He's not a citizen of the US so he's guilty of being a citizen who has aided the enemy during wartime." Only Orly Taitz is that ignorant. Or maybe not.

Yeah, it's 18 U.S.C. Section 1001, and it's a misdemeanor. It doesn't convert a document to perjury. Words mean something. Inexactness in expression means there is an inexactness in thinking. It depreciates the message.

Do you really think anything will happen even if they did find out he was not born on U.S soil? Did you think of the uprise that will cause in the African-American community if he is impeached? It doesn't matter to that community where he is born. In alot of their eyes, he is the first African-American President. How many African-Americans do you see standing up against what he is doing to this Country? Not very many.. I don't care what race or ethnicity a leader is. I'm not going to back him up based on skin color but on actions.

I don't think it will ever come out in the open if he was not born in the states. I think they will wait until re-election time.

isnt this entire argument irrelevant? there is no debate that his mother is an American... that by definition makes him an American no matter his birthplace.

this entire debate is just sour grapes, fear and or racism. no other president in the history of this country has had to jump through the hoops that the "birthers" require Mr. Obama to do, so this begs a question... what is the agenda of the birther movement?

I was born in Fresno California in 1967 in the mid '70's there was a fire in the records dept of the hospital, over 200,000 originals destroyed, mine included. the Unconstitutional law that AZ wishes to foist upon its people would make ineligible millions of Americans from becoming president. the only way to make this law enforceable would be to amend the constitution.
