I'd like to be able to see through whatever it is that allows those objects to defy gravity so effectively. I'm pretty sure that would be very revealing.

I'm sure the effect would be more powerful than anything we had hitherto imagined!

Upon closer examination and giving it considerable thought, it appears these objects are in tight formation yet have a degree of independent motion.

Well Pimander, I imagine the objects in this sighting should go in the 'incredible maneuvers' category posted a few pages back.

This would be consistent with the movement noted in other objects of this type.

Great thread. Something that those that are sceptical of the possibility of extra terrestrials or their presence on Earth, should be reminded that in this solar system there are estimated to be more than 200 billion planets, millions of which, earth like.

Also, that despite hoaxes, hoaxers and the disillusioned, there are plenty of reliable, sane witnesses that dare to speak out, despite the potential for ridicule. They believe this is such an important event and an important experience personally that they will risk public derision. Most people just wouldn't bother saying things of this nature unless it really happened, especially given that plenty of witnesses, especially from these reports, are from small town, religious America of the '40s and '50s. There are probably many more that didn't say.

My own experiences of sightings / experiences are also near military bases, specifically a nuclear armaments depot and air force bases. I was brought up a Christian and as a child attended church and Sunday school, Jesus was my role model. I have since learned all sorts of religions, and have many experiences of many spiritual / other worldly things, all in the search for truth. I am generally conservative and well respected, I believe in the truth.
