Here's a little something for your enjoyment.

Facts minus the red herrings Newark PD have a man making it into town on the day he was expected to and dead three days later. They have someone in his home who wore workboots and had John's television up on a high level for days, but remained "unseen" by his neighbors. Wheeler's death investigators have knowledge that John was not imprisoned at any point from the time he arrived in Wilmington on the 28th until he was last seen at the Nemours Building. The former Army officer moved about freely and chose not to go to his residence--staying at Hotel du Pont, in his own words. John Wheeler had money, sufficient enough to pay for a hotel and carry around $120 on his person, obviously. Newark, Delaware police know that John Wheeler was used to asking others for a ride; Phobe and Robert Dill, his friends who took him to the train station to catch the train to NY on Christmas Eve to see his wife in NY told us that. Law enforcement personnel in Delaware also have the knowledge about the exact cause of death of John P. Wheeler III and the exact time of death, which they aren't sharing with the general public. So they have enough information to successfully work this case. Red herrings in this case make for titillating media conversation, but when it is all said and done John P. Wheeler's murder investigation won't be solved by focusing on the red herrings.

Exactly who is this "worker" who likes an overly loud t.v. and remains unseen by neighbors? Sounds like someone who wanted to be noticed without being noticed. Wheeler also preferred to stay in a hotel instead of coming home? Why?

Also, it is known that the "worker" was wearing regular work style boots. People report hearing the t.v. but not a hammer/drill/etc something indicating there was construction. What about a work truck parked outside the house?

That's exactly what I was thinking there had to be some sort of physical wound.

Edit: don't worry about finding it, it's included in the link I posted

This crap is getting a little "Wag the Dog"ish. It didn't look like he was wandering around to me at all.....it looked staged. SOMEONE is recording that and i don't think it's by accident. Again, i believe it's staged. In this day and age of video....ANYTHING can be manipulated. I'm not buying anything they have to offer us. A lie, is a lie, is a lie, is a lie!!!

TPTB are throwing so many new things on the streets these days, I can hardly keep up. (I got teenagers) Anyway, he looks like he is on salvia, or cloud nine, or some other legal potpourri, or bath salts combo. Did he smoke cigars? because it wouldn't take much to lace one.

Im positive it was not Salvia, I have tried this a few times and the "trip" only lasts for a minute or two then you start to regain the senses again. However it is very intense while it is happening id say more intense then an Acid trip. But lacing a cigar wouldn't work with Salvia cause for some reason it only works when smoked from a "water pipe" so we can rule that out since I don't see Bong in hand.

He did seem paranoid...Someone killed him..so obviously he had a good reason to be paranoid.

I don't buy into the dementia stuff .. his death is being called a homicide and to be murdered not long after being seen acting in this manner definitely seems to point to being either drugged/poisoned or in a panic, possibly even exhausted state ..

I also don't think his murder was a simple case of being mugged or held up .. obviously he was found with cash on hand ( $120 or so I believe ) and if the police thought it was something as simple as a mugging gone wrong they'd have stated as much .. they are keeping the cards pretty close to their chest at this point and not revealing much information.

So the questions become ..

1. Murdered by whom?
2. Murdered for what reason? .. what's the motive?

Obviously not murdered to get his money .. so it narrows it down to a personal cause or the most glaring idea.. a politically motivated hit..

If it were personally motivated.. someone with a grudge.. he probably would have gone to the cops.. his avoiding his residence to stay in hotels and acting so .. disturbed.. leans me more to the politically motivated reasons.. so then it would point to what was he in support of, or what could he have known..

All just hypothesis .. the case is very interesting.. and if it's a hit by someone in a position of power, we may never know the full details..

Salvia doesn't require a water pipe to work, I can safely say that with complete confidence
... and the trips can last up to 10-15 minutes for some people.. but usually not more than 5 ..

I agree completely that he was definitely not on Salvia .. there's just no way

Sorry, but to suggest he's on Salvia is a bit silly. To get any effect off Salvia you have to smoke it out of a bong, or ingest it. Cigarettes aren't going to do the trick whatsoever, because the smoke needs to be very hot to produce an effect. On top of that, Salvia (when smoked) takes only a few minutes to dissipate. A person is in and out of it within five or ten minutes, and most likely that person isn't going anywhere during the event. I don't think you can function normally (the way we see him in the video). He may have been drugged, but it certainly wasn't Salvia.

Okay, i wasthinking if the film shows him looking like he was going to make a meet, perhaps he didnt know the other party by sight, and the one shoe off one shoe on performance, was some recognition signal....
Not very subtle but as s hastily thought up ruse it could fly.....
Then theres the missing frames...these aree impotant maybe for reflections or other clues they may contain. The fact they are missing is a marker or red herring, whichever side you take...
Its too early for any consprators to have gotten to all the media coverage and edited them....plus maybe more to come as well....
You can be sure that local store managers and security people are reviewing their own tapes for more evidence.

Probably the occupant of Wheelers home was sent there with the purpose of denying access to wheeler himself.
There is no reason Wheeler couldnt have been playing a deeper game than what his public persona indicated.
It definately looks like whomever was playing a cat and mouse game with our victim.
You dont suppose that before they bumped him off, they first were trying to convince Wheeler to co operate with some agenda, which he was deeply opposed to?
The man was in a position to learn any number of deep black secrets which could be devastating to some.....
Ill be pondering this damn brain teaser all day at work now....

I've just joined ATS today to reply to this post. This is my opinion about this thread.

Mr. Wheeler is definately scared and angry in the video, no drugs, no dementia. I believe this may have began some time before. I think he found out about something incredably dispicable that the government was up to and lost many nights sleep worried about what to do. Because he was a good man according to friends, he finally decided to do the "right" thing and expose this terrifying goverment secret. I don't think he had a "gift" for his wife in his briefcase at all. I believe it was hardcopy evidence against this government plan. (whether it's about the bird/fish deaths or population control is really not pertinent at this point). He was nervous because he didn't know who he could trust until he got this leaked out. So then his briefcase is stolen. He's in a scuffle trying not to let go. He gets dirty, hurts his ankle, but they run off with the briefcase. Now he know's he's up sh*t creek! He can't go to the police because he doesn't know if they can be trusted. He knows he's being followed, but doesn't know where to go. The parking attendent probably doesn't want to get involved with this "crazy man" and probably threatens to call the police. He doesn't want that, so he points at her in anger and tells her to put sdown the phone. He checks outside and possibly see's his follower, but the follower won't come in because of the cameras. He'll just wait til Mr. Wheeler comes out. He's in no hurry, he knows Mr. Wheeler is trapped.

I think he was holding his shoe because for some reason it came off from either an attack on him or from him trying to run or walk fast to get away from someone. Being a big man he probably couldn't put it on with out having to sit down first and there was no place for him to do that comfortably. I don't think a man of that size can get into a dumpster by himself or can one man lift him up (especially if the body was dead heavy) all by themselves either.

Where is the rest of the footage from the garage? It seems awfly short and where is the footage from outside the garage? Surely a place like that has an outside roof camera also. Was the briefcase stolen/lost at the train station where it seems that is the last place someone else saw he had it? Shouldn't there be security camera's there also? And shouldn't there be camera's from the pharmacy? This man was all over the place where camera's were filming, so who has it all, the FBI? Hopefully more will surface.

He may have asked the pharmacy person for a ride because he was paranoid about a fake cab driver showing up if he thought he was being chased? Seems odd that he didn't just call the police, unless he felt the cops were corrupt.

He definately looks lost for help, not knowing what to do and how to get to a safe place. I wonder if the briefcase had information about a secret spot in the kitchen floor that had incriminating evidence hence why it was found with tiles dug up.

The old motel room he had also seems like a classic meeting place that he or someone he was dealing with set up for them to get together. I wonder if the motel employees have information on what cars came and left there and who if anyone they may have seen coming and going from his room and if they can verify if anyone had slept in the room. To me that motel has a lot of possible clues, that I am sure the FBI is taken care of (semi-sarcastic).

So many odd things in this case, hopefully it can all be sorted out and truth be heard.

All said in my own opinion,
Bzzzzzzz

Guess he joins the ranks of Vincent Foster and all the other witnesses and persons that are a threat to national security.
I figure that since 2012 is coming soon the trillions lost before 911 were hidden well for the ark building, that is probably what all the conspiracies tie to ultimately. Maybe even UFO stuff, after all what greater secrecy and motivation to hide so much technology and money! Anything else doesn't seem to warrant so much money and secrets except saving the asses of the privileged few.

The way he walks up one side of the hallway, press each elevator button, goes to the end of the hall closes the door, then walks down the other side and presses both other elevator buttons makes me think he thought he was in danger and he thought someone could be in the building. So to try to confuse whoever was after him he pressed all elevator buttons. ?!??? no?

When he walks down the hallway he does not press any elevator buttons on the right. He goes to the OPEN door and closes it. He does not look around. He just closes the door. Then he throws his hands in the air. Then he walks down the left side and presses two elevator buttons. The elevator opens for him immediately after the second press. I've seen people do this a zillion times. The up or down button is already lit, but they press it again as if that would make a difference. In his agitated state I would consider that behavior almost normal.

One odd thing i did notice.. It looks like he checks those vending machines for change... Thats not the actions of a man who has lived in suburbia all these years.

That said his actions seem fairly normal really.. He does not look to be thinking people are following him etc. He also doesnt look on the run as many seem to think here.

Thank you for the clarification! I wasn't completely sure about mini-strokes. Guess I should have just omitted that portion of my post. Will try thinking ahead next time, or might actually do some research or converse with some of my medical buddies. 2 am is awfully late/early, and sometimes I'm convinced my brain activity is at its best at that time, hehe. Not making excuses, just throwing out possible scenarios...and my non mini-stroke theory will be retracted due to lack of information and research on my part. Thank you again.

I still am of the firm belief though that this man is not reactionary to emotions due to his military training. And to me, this speaks volumes for what is visible in the videos. Also history of the man would "prove" that he is not a victim of dementia (i.e. working for 3 administrations, consultant to major firms), although it could be argued that those 3 administrations were all "crazy"! haha. Also I don't believe drugs taken voluntarily would be the case either, due to the previous statement.

This is quite an interesting case, because of the high profile of the victim and his previous employers. It makes me feel like I'm on one of those Crime-scene shows where little by little the story is being formulated by what has been observed. Piecing the puzzles together and trying to view this with an objective opinion are quite difficult to say the least. Especially on a conspiracy site and especially with the conspiracies surrounding other high-profile individuals who met a similar fate.

Well, if he was really going through it for 2 days as they say.. Thats far to long for a ministroke.. I did think maybe a reaction to new medication and that being part of why he randomly showed up at a pharmacy.

No, that article does not explain it, there is no evidence linking Wheeler's death to Arkansas birds falling out of the sky.

Your link is sourced to a known hoaxer, and it is official ATS policy to put Sorcha Faal-sourced threads into the trash, I mean the hoax forum.

Showgun...He wasn't looking for change in the vending machines...look closer. He was trying to keep his balance.

As for the parking attendant lady, she continually makes mistakes in her speech. I think they didn't give her enough time to reherse. She gets the date wrong, the time wrong, calls him a young man, etc. And why doesn't she offer to help this limping man with no shoe who she says is apparently confused? Would a normal person just let the man go back into the cold limping and confused?? And how does a parking attendant who most likely works just one shift, know everyone who parks in their garage?
