Video footage shows Wheeler wandering hours before his death

Newark police reported Wednesday that John P. Wheeler III was spotted at 8:30 p.m. Thursday as he wandered through a DuPont Co. building, apparently confused and disoriented — filing in five more hours leading up to the discovery of his body in a Wilmington landfill.

This is getting interesting to say the least!

I watched this last night on an American news channel we recieve here in the UK & they were more than hinting towards him having Dementia, while the whole time I was watching I was thinking more along the lines of him looking scared, as though having either being chased, or he knew he was in severe danger. i know nothing about the backround of his story but im going to look into it & my thoughts are that he was drugged & knew the agents were after him & he knew it wasnt going to be pretty when they got hold of him. The fact he turns up in a land fill site after being dumped in a bin IMO makes it clear he was not going crazy for no reason, he knew he was in serious danger. The question is why & who would of been after him

me and a friend were watching salvia vids the other day, because we hear about it, but we're not sure what it's all about. TPTB are throwing so many new things on the streets these days, I can hardly keep up. (I got teenagers) Anyway, he looks like he is on salvia, or cloud nine, or some other legal potpourri, or bath salts combo. Did he smoke cigars? because it wouldn't take much to lace one.

I watched this as well and thought he looked/acted drugged. I also think it's awfully convenient to have video and witness evidence right at their fingertips. I see people who do this and wouldn't be able to pick them out of a lineup several hours later. Bombs planted for the neighbors? Come on.

They build a good story. So what is it he was privy too?

Something tells me that he will have conveniently od'ed on 2 baby aspirin or accidentally fell into the landfill while tossing evidence of a tawdry affair with a hooker.

We will never know the true reason/cause of his death.

Who did the video recording? First I thought it was a security cam, but the way it moves and wobbles leads me to think it was jerry springers camera-man. If he was filmed by something other then a regular security cam, I suspect there is a big fat smelly rat in the kitchen.

Everything about this is odd....he definitely looks disoriented. He is carrying one of his shoes, and was saying his briefcase was stolen, according to this report. To me, he looks as if he is looking to see if someone is following him....not looking for his car. Supposedly, this was filmed from a cam in a Dupont Co. building.Just for reference....look who has close ties to Dupont...www2.dupont.com... also...a few hours before he was at this building, he was at a pharmacy, asking the pharmacist for a ride...then left and went to the Dupont building garage.

Towards the end of the clip he walks to the door and throws both his arms up, why? Was he saying come and get me?

Also he pointed a finger very quickly at someone behind the glass. I wonder what about? Was he accusing them of something? Locking him in, turning the elevators off? Who was that?

According to CNN report last night, he was talking to the parking attendant behind the glass, she did an interview were she stated her thoughts of him was having Dememtia. Il try to find that interview

They will never report the true reason/cause of death, but this is so obvious to those who have been awakened to the truth. TPTB are doing the same circular dance thinking that the news reports will be accepted by all good little boys and girls out there in zombie land. They are so predictable in their methods. Make the guy look like a drugged out, disoriented, mentally incompetent fool that flung himself into a dumpster mistaking it for his car.

Strange footage, considering he was in the Naval hospital for ''depression'' etc he seems kinda paranoid.

It definatly needs more investigation... Perhaps he learnt to much and wanted to share what he had learnt?

Or perhaps he was as they said depressed and took his life, it's hard to say for the moment.

As per above post's it was kinda strange how the camera moved as if it was filmed by a person, sec cams are normally more stable than from what i have seen...

I agree. I have also heard he put himself in a dumpster after having a stroke to keep warm...

The idiocy is underwhelming. They made sure that they entirely strppied him of his dignity.

I hate to break it to you's, but the camera doesnt move. It moves in the OP's video because that is obviously taken by someone filming it off their own TV

Upon re-watching this I have come to the conclusion that he is on an amphetamine.

I am basing this on his erratic movements especially when he points at the person behind the glass.

Excellent point. There is a lot of movement.

It could be that they have full time security behind the cameras and they were watching him because he was acting strangely. But then why let him leave like that? If I thought someone was suffering dementia that severe I would have atleast felt obligated to call the police either before or immediately after he left.

i totally agree, there's a lot more going on with her also, as though she knows what she has to say.
Definatly more to this story than what they will have us believe but I think its pretty simple. The guy knew he was sought & he knew it was by people who meant business, he had noone to turn to & nowere to hide. Set up like a kipper & who would believe a drugged up man claiming to be chased by special agents
