That's what made me think that he appeared to have been in some type of scuffle or whatever.... he had dirt on his pants, and holding one shoe. Did he fall? A thought keeps popping in my mind....he looks like he had maybe been drugged, woke up, and "ran" from whereever he was.....thinking he was being followed. That would explain the "disorientation" (drugs) Maybe someone wanted his briefcase for some reason. Maybe I watch too many movies, but I keep thinking that more and more each time I see that video.

Check this out. His driends are not buying it. He had different clothes in one video.

Its a very curious case, im not convinced he's limping it just appears that way because he only has one shoe on. One step is going to be slightly lower than the other giving the appearance of a limp, he doesnt seem confused IMO, he seems more anxious/stressed if anything.

I agree that the cause of death would give us so much more, is it not being released so as not to cause panic, for example was he exposed to something.

As for the woman in the interview.....well.....in my mind we must take what she says with a pinch of salt, because of the guys position, secret service or similar would have gotten to her first.

The shoe thing is the most bizarre to me. I know it sounds crazy, but maybe he thinks it contains a tracking device, and if he finds his car he will ditch it and run. But if it was me, and I thought I was being tracked, I would have ditched the shoe a long time ago. Its just strange.

I also read a report that when police searched his home, they found a section cut out of his kitchen floor. which is strange, too.

The paper also reports that after police searched Wheeler's home, floorboards could be seen missing from the kitchen. Newark police, who are investigating the homicide with help from the FBI, said they still don't have a crime scene.

Finally, the New York Daily News reports that New York police searched the Harlem apartment of Wheeler's wife, Katherine Klyce, who works in New York. Klyce reportedly accompanied police on the search Monday.

The News also notes that Klyce's sister, Emily Klyce Fisher, a wealthy socialite in Memphis, was murdered in 1995. She was stabbed 50 times, apparently by friends of her son, a coc aine addict, who were looking for a supposed secret safe in the home.

I have an extremely simple explanation to this. He stepped in some dog crap, went to complain, and then went upstairs to clean his shoe off.

www.simplesite.com...According to the stages of dementia, he would have to be at stage 5 to act this way, and family friends or coworkers would of had to notice. Not buying it.

Well, i can think of a few possibles here....one is he just survived an attepmt to kill him in which he lost his briefcase, as well as injuring his foot.
He removed his shoe whan he could to ease his walking, and couldnt put it back on because of swelling.
The body in the dumpster seems more like a lanned thiing to happen.\If the body wasnt discoveed, the killer would have been dissapointed, because he/she wanted the body discovered very dead, and very much udignified.
This was dome for others not the victim.
Its possible the PTB caught him selling futures as it were, or even that he was trying to be a whistleblower on some horrid goverment faux pas....
So they whacked him for the world to see....
There are many other possible scenarios as well....just trying to cover most of the bases....

Extremely blood shot eyes. From what? I have extremely blood shot eyes, but it is because of a bad case of conjuctivitis. Don't know if extreme cold could do it as well. Not suggesting one thing or another, but just throwing it out there since I'm in the middle of the same symptoms right now.

Ok hold on, this could mean a number of things. His movements and actions could mean he had a stroke, he could have mixed prescriptions, he could have had a diabetic emergency, is drunk, etc. A person in any of these states is vulnerable to numerous elements all the way from falling asleep in a dumpster thinking it is your bed; to getting mugged/killed and thrown in a dumpster.

TPTB (and even an ordinary citizen) could have come up with a better means of elimination than drugging him, letting him roam around for hours on end and finally leaving him in a public place.

My point is, the poor guy died a strange death and maybe the "cover up" is just the family/friends trying to save him from embarrassment.

Looks to me like he has one shoe in his hand, a limp (might have been running) and by walking around looking at the machines and dipping his fingers into slots, he seems to be looking for change. He also looks disgruntled or upset according to the pacing, the shutting of the doors, and how we flails his arms and appears to be yelling at the clerk.

Looks like he might have been mugged. Someone should find the person at that store and ask them about his condition and what he was saying.

Yes....she seemed to be very nervous....there are so many twists in this story. The "limp" could have been because of only had one shoe on, but one of the people who saw him said that he had dirt on the knee of his pants...and that would mean he had fallen at some point. Everything about the way he looked and behaved that night was so opposite from the person his friends described......I really think he was assaulted....and possibly drugged or was suffering from sleep deprivation.

Did they ever mention cause of death?
Sorry I'm not up to speed on the Wheeler information. Aside from this tape, I heard of a landfill but that's about it.

I heard that too. Normally, I would say maybe he had a mini stroke etc...but it is just because of his past in connection to the government, and chemical warfare etc, that makes me believe it was something sinister. He was privy to a lot, and sensitive information at that. A respectable man who was tidy in his appearance, responsible. and by all accounts a "good guy"...who did not abuse drugs or alcohol or exhibit any quirky behavior (other than maybe a temper....who was a government "insider:, suddenly wandering around dirty and disoriented...not right. The fact that he had his briefcase stolen, and sought help in such odd places, instead of the police is also odd. There have been reports that he was about to disclose info on Phosgene (he knew much about it's use as a chemical warfare agent), and that it had something to do with the wildlife kills....(this may or may not be true so just note that....but he was involved with it during his career). There are just so many things in this case that point to his being "silenced".

You guys seemed to have overlooked my post as if it was some half-assed attempt at being funny. I was being completely serious, I think that he stepped in some dog crap, went up to that person to complain, and then went upstairs to clean off his shoe. Is that not a possible explanation? IMO it makes complete sense. He even goes back to close the lobby doors where he possibly just came in from after stepping in the crap, then throws up his arms in frustration. And that "limping" that somebody pointed out is pretty easily explained by him only having on one shoe

So where your from, doo on your shoe =you dead in a landfill?
Interesting but hardly believable.
I walked for miles to the landfill and at the last minute decided to put my shoe on that had poo on it, slipped on the rocks, debris and probably trash, hit my head and now Im dead.

Yes....I agree....he was killed to shut him up. Just like Matt Simmons and several others recently. Part of me says it's crazy, but part of me wonders if there is a common thread in all this.... lot of what we are seeing lately is connected....the strange deaths of "insiders" who seemed on the verge of exposing something, and the unusual happenings in the environment, with all the bird and fish kills. Way too much coincidence.
