I do not really know if it should. The author of the book claims he never broke the law and had sex with a child and that does not seem to be good enough. Tell me what claims of innocence are really worth.

I think this is the core of the argument. Writing a book is one thing, but to act on it is entirely another, IMHO.

I don't agree with the content of this particular book, but nonetheless, the guy has the right to write it and sell it IMHO. Last I looked there were many best sellers that covered murder. Should they all be banned too?

If you actually watch the video.. this guy says he does to children exactly what their aunts and uncles do.. He is asked if it is sexual .. He pauses and says ..no.. Come on. This man is a liar, and I am sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the victims to start coming forward. There is no way this creep has kept his grimy hands to himself.

He believes that there can be a consensual relationship between a child and an adult. He is a sick man.

Actually, in the authors own words, he told a journalists he could have molested. Was he just joking around? Who knows, it is such a popular subject to joke about, especially if one is the author of a Pedophile manual. The same author admitted to writing the guide so Pedo's get "liter" (his spelling) sentences.

Well, call someone and have me locked up.. I will not change my view on this.. I do not want to kill him because he wrote a book. I want him dead because he is giving detailed information, that's only purpose is to harm children..

I agree 100%. But unfortunatly we have laws that we must adhere to. When his treacherous way comes to light he will get what's coming to him and we'll be there to watch the youtube video. Like most people on here.

When you blindly follow your opinion on a matter despite knowing all the facts, you're broken.

You can't go around assuming you know everything about a person you've never met.

No one in this topic has stood up for anything other than this man's rights that everyone in the US shares. No one is standing up for his beliefs or ideology. I don't see the National Pedophile's Anonymous claiming how it's okay to touch prepubescent children, do you? Because that's really the sentiment you're giving off when you argue with the people standing up for his rights not realizing those same people would stand up for your rights.

I don't know since you like assumptions so much and so many people standing up for his rights are closet pedophiles, I'm going to just assume you'd write some ridiculous book as well. We'll call it "HOW TO: MURDER A PEDOPHILE BEFORE HE EATS YOUR CHILDREN."

I'm pretty sure a lot of people (like you) would assume you murdered people for just looking at your kids without knowing anything about you. They may even just call for your murder; an eye for an eye and all that. Boy would you be grateful if the same people standing up for this man's right to the 1st amendment, not to molest children came out to support yours. No difference to me...The question is why do the people in the state of Florida who wrote that law see a difference? A adult is a adult right? Shouldnt matter if a 18 year old sleeps with a 16 year old or if a 40 year old does it.

Blindly follow my opinion..... If by blindly follow, you mean killing him over my opinion. Like I have stated.. I wouldn't go and kill this guy myself, simply because then, my children wouldn't have any parents... And of course, the selfish answer.. I don't want to go to jail.

But... with that being said.. I would be happy to find out he was raped and killed in prison.

I don't want to get too much into that because I'm not really a religious person and that's a completely different topic.

I will say my stance on that is that most people know what is right and wrong without the aid of the ANY church. Again it's just my opinion. I will say that I personally think, and I think most people would agree, molesting a child is wrong.

I do not need to watch the videos to get the idea that this man has some ideas about sex and children that I do not approve of. I never said anything to the contrary. What are you looking to attack me personally for now?

Actually I do not understand your point either. I said he claims to have never molested a child and you contradict that by pointing out that he may or may not have been joking when he said that he could have? Well, that leaves us at him still claiming to be innocent which brings me right back to where I was.

I was using ignorance as it is defined. Not a personal attack..

I pointed out the things he said to point out or lend credence to my opinion, that he has done more than write a book.

I think we are going to find out that he does not define sexual molestation of a child to be the same act as he has committed. He dances around the word use. He has touched children ... but not sexually.. He pauses and smirks when he says it..

Can't I comment on my opinion of his guilt and or truthfulness?

I meant more along the lines of calling for his death before he's even guilty. And then, guilty of what? I know you've stated you can't wait for the victims to come forward because you know they will.

Personally, I don't think that's level headed. Victims may NOT come forward at all, and I'm more hoping along the lines no one comes forward and no one was harmed, than he raped some kid and goes and gets murdered in jail.

The point I'm trying to make is blindly following that train of thought in any scenario is not good for society on a whole. Everyone has opinions, but the only fact to this case is he has a right to write the book and he's being deomnized by the people who jailed him (quite obviously for publicity might I add) as some evil rapist. WE DON'T KNOW what he did, we only know a title to a book.

If you found out that member Resurrectio was the officer doing the arrest.. Would you think I did it for publicity?
