A mothership? That's the current assumption? Why am I not surprised?

Couldn't it just be another image artifact that have appeared on thousands of the SOHO images? I'm having trouble even finding what you're talking about, because nothing in the two links provided really show anything abnormal whatsoever. Is it really necessary to create a new (top page with no evidence, again) thread every time a "blip" shows up on a SOHO camera? The first 20 or so were a bit fun, I'll bite. Now, it appears to be the same thing over and over again. Hopefully I can be the one who's wrong this time, but I highly doubt it.

These threads are like shampoo. Wash, rinse and repeat.

Cheers,
Strype

As I see this discussion is still continuing for some reason, you may like to review what I posted on the first page which is repeated below:

If you look at Nov 12 04:30 onwards when the camera reorientates itself, giving the effect of the sun 'spinning' 360 degrees, you will note that the anomaly stays in exactly the same relative position within the frame rather than 'spin with' the Sun. This clearly shows it to be an artifact in the imaging system or physical damage to the sensor.

The video clearly demonstrates the artifact is contained within the imaging system. There literally is nothing else to say on the matter!

If you zoom right in you can just make out that it's a jolly man with a white beard, and he seems to be riding in a sleigh shaped craft pulled by, what I can only describe, as mammal type creatures, with twig shaped horns!

Whatever it is, it seems to be tampering with the sun.

Oh wow. Im an astronomy major in college right now, and not even I have an explanation for this.... this is really weird. stationary object within the corona of the sun should be affected by the rotation, being drug along with it, or pulled into it, or at least change orbit... but this is completely stationary... this is amazing! s&f! good catch! I cant wait to see what NASA has to say tomorrow!

Looks suspiciously like a blot on the camers lense to me...

How do you disprove that theory?

Don't know what it is but IMO I will go with the SOHO images showing truth's not gliches. Either NASA is really stupid or they are really hiding a lot of history from us all.

Also like the latest video fads showing CGI diamond UFO's over china, and russia? This is just getting too weird.

Afraid its way too far to distinguish ant meaningful shape.... no way you can say it is 2 pyramids together.... it's most likely just some huge rock!!

What do you mean? The sensor (read camera) spins 360 degrees as it reorientates itself. The object stays in the same relative position on the screen while the sun appears to spin 360 degrees.
This means one of two things:

1) The 'object' is an anomaly in the imaging system
2) At precisely the same time as the sensor reorientates itself the object goes flying round the Sun at precisely the same instant at tremendous speed giving the illusion that it is stationary in respect to the camera.

My God I can't believe this discussion is even happening :shk:

If it is a huge rock, it is bigger than the size of Saturn. More likely, it's a flaw on the camera lens -- or an "Act ot God". The words "The Sun" are precoded to say: "Jesus 2010 AD".

The word "Sun" decodes to be:

Sun = “Magic Alien Math All Numbers”.

Everything is all numbers/math -- therefore it is easy for the "Powers that Be" to create miracles on the sun and in space -- such as millions of "sightings" and "encounters", "spirals", "mother ships", with not one bit of evidence which can't be debunked.

See the websites listed in my Profile.

I can't believe you are dismissing all ideas except yours -- or, on second thought, maybe I can believe it.

Is there a shred of credibility to this? If so, why isn't this all over the news?

??? What are you on about? It isn't an idea it's an obvious and observable fact.

The 'object' stays in the same relative position in the frame during each sensor reorientation, it's in the god damn video in the first post! Therefore simple logic dictates it is an artifact in the imaging system. You can't dispute it. Have you got some sort of problem?

The Object also stays in the same relative position to the SUN -- and to Space.
