Nope. I've never joined the army, and i protested against the war. Yet i bought a poppy to remember and thank my grandfather and his brothers for defending the Uk against the Nazi's.

Nobody is asking you to give a moments silence since you have no real concept of loyalty or respect. But we're just asking you to respect our ideals here.

Because them 'tools of war' fought for your right to post your constant stream of anti-UK rhetoric free from the fear of retribution.
That all wars are fought for the advantage and purpose of TPTB is beyond question.
But we as a nation said enough is enough and demanded social reform after both World Wars.
And yes, there was several reasons why we fought WWII, but the primary reason was to fight the odious fascist movement.
Perhaps you would have preferred living in a National Socialist society, allthough in your neck of the woods you would be kowtowing to a living Japanese god.
There would be no opportunity to exploit our freedom to show your dislike of those very same freedoms.

But I fear I digress slightly.
We could discuss the causes of both wars and there impact on society and the world forever and it is probably best saved for another time and place.

To disagree with Remembrance Day is one thing.
To openly disrepect it in such a public manner is quite another thing.
It showed nothing but contempt for a society that has welcomed these people with open arms.
And to add insult to injury these people demand total and utter respect for their beliefs and traditions yet offer none back in return.

The kindest words I can use to describe these people is odious hypocrites.

It is another something that has stirred and roused the British spirit and conscience.
