Most likely just the DMV doing a motorcycle test or Motorcycle School practicing. Don't be so paranoid unless you have a good reason!

while being aware and inqisitive is a good thing it could be as harmless as a husband and wife whom the only way she would let him get a motorcycle is if he wore a bright colored vest and she folllwed himwhere ever he went on it.....

Who made you the funny police? I find it telling that you took the time to complain in such detail about a quick funny post. Why did you feel it was necessary to address me about the post? Could it be the same motivation that motivated me to post in humor... Instead of blatantly blasting the rediculousness of this thread?

Imagine you are going about your day to day activities.... Taking the same route you do daily.. You come to a stop - here comes some young man running behind you waving his arms and recording the whole thing? And you say I am off base here? WoW

Why I asked his age , is frankly, none of your business. I asked, he told... Did I blast him over anything related to his age? nope! Yet, you felt it was necessary to jump to his defense, and write a detailed post as to what I have done wrong.

Paranoid conspiracy folks use the exact same crying defense every time a story is questioned. You fall back on "you are nieve to think things like this dont happen" " The alphabet agencies will do anything they want" "Your a disinfo agent" and several other predictable others...

The OP has ZERO reason to be paranoid about a car and motorcycle driving by his house.. There is a road there right? Do you drive down the same road several times a day? I know I do!!!

So the first time he video taped it was after we asked him to? He wasn't paranoid enough before to do it? If he is scared would he run out behind them waving his hands "Like I was excited" ? Did he look like a lunatic running behind them with a vid camera? YES!!!

I guess... My emotion is disapointment, in society. The only way I can describe this is "the boy who cried wolf"

I also think you should loosen up a bit and take things a little more layed back.

If you wrote that post, just to get that off your chest.. GREAT!! If you wrote it, thinking that I valued your opinion in the slightest.. save yourself the time, and don't bother.

You may think i am a jerk.(I wont stoop to your low stature and insult you, though it would be easy)... but after looking through MOST of your last 25 posts.. nearly all of them are, you complaining about the way people post. Maybe you should contribute more than just telling other people how to post. I would think that your agenda, would be depressing. Do you seek out these posts you dont like and then just blast the author....for.... why again do you find it necessary? Why dont you try and enjoy the forums? let the MODS do the critiquing of posts, and you simply browse and post on the forums. I think that would be much more satisfying for you.

That is because it is a Motorcycle school instructors car.. This has already been solved.. Continuing this would be grasping for a conspiracy theory..

Look 2 or 3 pages back..

In WI this is how they conduct drivers school for cycles.. the instructor follows in a car with a headset for the testee to hear instructions.

OP.. To verify this.. Check your yellow pages for driving schools.. Ill bet the jewels that youll find one in either the direction they are heading or the direction they are coming from.

On a lighter note... Imagine the conversation when they get back to the office.. "Did you see that crazy kid that came chasing my car at that last stop sign?"

I wouldnt worry it sounds like oversized load escorts or DOT to me, what kind of motorcycle is it? If its a rebel or some other small type it's DOT and nothing to worry about

Please document anything you can plate numbers, what they are driving. Keep a blog on what is going on. Also, please refer to the www.freedomfchs.com, this website will help you understand what is going on. You can also google TI and there are hundreds of websites dedicated to what you are dealing with. If you can and try to engage them. If they back off then it is very possible that you are a TI.

The motorcycle is a Harley. I agree that it's a drivers test. Wisconsin is a helmet free state so anyone riding a Harley would most likely not be wearing a helmet. The vest wouldn't be worn by your average rider either. Yes, I know it's a safety thing but a guy that pays $25,000 for a Harley is all about the attitude more than the safety. I know all Harley riders aren't the same but from my many miles of experience and passing through Wisconsin on various occasions I think I can say that the rider is a newbie. Something else I just thought of. Is there a military base nearby? I believe it is required on military bases that riders wear full safety gear while on base. As the riders leave the base they'll pull over and remove their gear. He could be a local that is heading for base. I will reiterate, I do believe that it's a driving test.

Finally... A new poster that actually read the last few pages to see that there is already an answer put forward that is logical and credible.. Most of the last 2 pages are posts by folks that just read the Op and maybe the first page, then posted their 2 cents.

THIS IS A MOTORCYCLE instructor and his "patient" ... That is why, no eye contact.. The cyclist is worried about mistakes in front of the instructor and the instructor is watching his student.

This is also why they come and go... Maybe they have certain days of the month that they offer the classes or at least the driving portion. This also explains why if you see them once in a day, you'll see them again. This is the day they do road testing.

This also explains the car color changing but still being accompainied by a motor cycle.
This is a very common car for a State owned vehicle.

Problem solved... Disengage the claymores you set up out front. Take down the choke line... and go back to feeling all warm and fuzzy ...safe and sound style!!

If you still dont believe me... I would recommend you take some heavy duty cable.. tighten it accross the street.. take out the motorcycle.. then jump over him and yell "WHY ARE YOU WATCHING ME" I'll bet the the farm, you'll get the excitement you are looking for.

Thanks everybody for all of your thoughts/theories/speculation/comments. I do believe that this is nothing more than a drivers test. A couple of things still seem strange but realistically, the drivers test seems to be the only fitting explanation, and with good reason and evidence to support the case. Again, bravo Arrow for doing the neccesary homework to put the pieces together.

A special thanks to all of those people who "defended" the thread. We can all sit around and point fingers at eachother as if "the other guy" is the paranoid, crazy one in the room.... Or we can embrace a community of like-minded individuals who come to this site for a better understanding of things that seem strange. Let's face it, the rest of the world of people that don't visit sites like this and would never entertain half of the information posted here would call us all paranoid and crazy. I suggest that we give eachother a little more respect. Although, post as you will, wether it's positive or negative, but for those that have a habbit of disrespecting others, don't be suprised when people have a hard time with that. People want to feel free to question the things that they don't understand, both people starting threads and people responding to them. Some things that seem obvious to some people would never even enter into the minds of others. That's why we're all here, to support the community of like-minded individuals in a world full of disinformation. The possibility of a driving test was certainly one I would have never considered, but with enough help from others, we can make perfect sense out of a situation that certainly seemed pretty abnormal.

Thanks again for everyones help!! I am certainly glad I decided to start the thread because now I have my answers.

That's funny!! To say again, I was never paranoid, hence walking out into the street with the camera. Didn't think that it had anything to do with me, just thought it was pretty strange and wanted some answers.

I had fun ... did you ? I meant no harm in anything I wrote.. Paranoid is not a insult.. I have been paranoid over things that some people would find rediculous. But that might have had something to do with mind altering substances.

Oh and by the way.. I DO NOT recommend the cable accross the road idea..
