This thread makes me smile. As a rookie driver (i'm 17), my first thought when i saw the video was "wow, they're driving pretty slow and conservatively." I'm just chuckling thinking of what the drivers must have thought. They were probably like "Dude, who's the creeper with the video camera?" S&F for giving me a good laugh

Reading through the thread was thinking "might i suggest you go to the local DOT and see if that taurus is parked there"

The next page arrow solves the mystery. The OP had every reason to be curious and rightfully so. Glad to see it is just DMV and not gang stalking or something criminal. Good to know the op is in no danger.

entertaining funny thread none the less had me floored for a minute there

You may want to check the Taurus for government plates, they are usually white with blue letters, have a faded US flag in the background and will say U.S. Government.

The 'construction' vest may simply be a roadguard vest for someone that is in the military, often they are required to wear it when riding a motorcycle.

Always think of the possibility that it's something mundane, not discounting your story but sometimes the most likely answer is the the right one...whichever that may be.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks everybody, all excellent suggestions. I'm going to start with the filming and while doing so I should be able to get the plates. Tracking where they came from would be a very time consuming effort, so I will wait on that for now. But will definitely get the footage and see what the plates give me. I will post the video as soon as I get it. I can't imagine it being a neighborhood business that would have the same two vehicles taking the same route several times per day, but anything is possible. Sometimes weeks go by where we don't see them at all, but they always come back, and when they do, it's hard to miss because of the number of times they pass by. That and the fact that I look for stuff like this.

Delivery service business? Spare parts delivery?

I don't understand why you write off the very real possibility that the vehicles could be from a business - but prerer to believe it's some kind of CIA/FBI set up. Of course, that's possible too - but much less likely IMO.

I dont think there is any reason to be alarmed at the moment. They could be doing anything.

you said they change car and drivers, that is being paranoid. It is just a random stranger driving somewhere. in my opinion.

If you are concerned about the original driver driving up and down 5 times a day, make a weeks diary of when they come by, and the license plate. and express your concerns with at the police station, stating that you think they might be looking for houses to burgle.

I would not worry about it, that is unless you have something to worry about ? . Perhaps some online activity that you would rather keep hidden and i do not mean posting on ats, i do mean far more serious things. If that is the case, then i suggest a clean magnetic wipe of all data storage devices along with a hammer, then simply through the whole pc board and mem into a fire, that should keep you safe ....for now..

In Wisconsin there is a company over in Milwaukee that makes motorcycles...Harley Davidson? From the video, it sounds like it's a hog. Maybe they're on a long-term test program for the company and it takes them to Madison.

I love these threads

I didn't have the patience to read every page so I will just ask the question to the OP. Why do you think that you're being watched? What type of activity is going on in your house that would lead to surveillance? Do you know what your neighbors are up to?

Did the OP state that the motorcycle had govt plates? Anyhow, if it was surveillance by any of the orgs. listed they would be much more discreet with the tagging of vehicles. Even my local PD detectives use standard issue plates on their unmarked cars.

3 years later and the OP is not in jail.... I would say nothing to worry about unless he is running a meth lab in his basement.

Hei there, thank you for your post. This DOEST not seem like a standard paranoia case. In some cases people might hire some pro companies for lookout, or checking information.

*Example, You think your wife is cheating and you want to find it out.

*The other thing you should concider is that you or anyone in your family might have information wich is valueble to the government. Perhaps you have seen anything or been at the same place as an event wich had nothing 2 do with you.

* You or someone in your neighbourhood have a great value of money wich criminals are aware of. Perfect planning is needed for a perfect break in. So nobody gets hurt and no lives are taken. Wich means they must know what you or your neigbours do 24\7.

* Construction workers( wich this case do not seem 2 be about)

Contact the government or the fbi about this and they might have a clue. If you are 100% you do not contain information wich the government think of as dangerous, then concider FBI a very friendly strike force.

If you are worried, contact the fbi. If its the Cia, they will get informed about it,IF they dig enough, and they will asure you nothing is wrong. Cia does intelligence for a good reason.

Does anybody have any ideas, thoughts or suggestions? Anything is helpful. Thanks in advance.

My guess is that he's a sales rep who lives in the area (so you see him go by a lot), and the Taurus is a company fleet car. The color change is simply due to the other one being serviced, rotated out, etc., and the motorcycle just may be when he's running personal errands, and not using the company car.

Just pointing out that there are mundane explanations for this.

Dude,

Just get into your car and follow them to see where they're going. It's pretty simple, if you have time on your hands and it sounds like you do chilling on your porch everyday.

The thankfully rather mundane explaination has been already been posted here.

post by Arrowmancer

I see there are people still posting trying to explain it.

Ahh, didn't see the need to go through 6 pages to explain paranoia....

That's a pretty in-depth solution.

Hi....we have the same thing in our neighborhood. The general conclusion around here is that we believe they are "citizen patrols" who watch what is going on and radio the local police if they see something suspiscious. Perhaps they are looking for people doing drugs or even evesdropping on conversations. They do wear orange vests and some are on bicycles with two way radio's. Because they avoid speaking to anyone, we consider them spies. Welcome to the NWO.

Maybe you should read a few posts down to see the humor... If it was a truthful story.. Wouldn't it make sense that it was a dirrect fit to the ops story? Since I was trying to relate the story to the Op's story?

It was a fabricated story that ended with said "friend actually dying from cancer and the vehicles being owned by a neighbor.

A previous poster has solved this... Motorcycle tests are done with the tester being followed by the instructor. This would explain the entire fantasy.

Bummer man. Keep your head up, and practice. In Wisconsin, we take road tests, where you wear a bright orange vest, and have an one way earpiece in, and the instructor follows you in his car. He barks out orders like turn left, make a u-turn....yada

I'd bet they live nearby or your street is an easy path to take to get to work.

Sounds to me like they are Army Recruiters, just going to the office.

The Army issues Ford Taurus as the company car, to recruiting offices. They have been blue since I joined in 2004. They may have changed colors or just mixed colors for some reason, or no reason at all.

Wave them down, ask if they are recruiters and if so, tell them you just wanted to say thanks for their service to the country. If they aren't, just say you were curious.

You'd think that in 3 years you could have gotten a license plate number.

EDIT: Never mind, I see you got plates.

I'd start doing investigations on the tag number. As far as I know that info is public. (It is in my state anyway) I heard a caller call in with a friend on coast to coast with the same story once. (Usually I'd not reply to this sorta post) but since I've heard this story before. The caller stated his friend went mia. Unheard of again, after mentioning this same motor cyle/ car situation. His was a buick and a motor cycle though. I was able to call the local substation once about a tag I found, and they gave me the info on the car (owners name). The real story was the car was abandoned and I was attempting to take over ownership. But, that story may work for you. Be vigilant, if you stay alone, have a buddy move in. Start being unpredictable in their eyes. And have a gun ready when you least expect it. Or. You know, they may be your everyday drug dealers.
