Assange left us hanging out to dry, just like he said he wouldn't do in the video. Gets mad and storms out discredits to CNN for the snickering at the end Discredit for Assange for walking out.
HOORAH for all this publicity!
If Assange can't take the heat he should resign!
If CNN is going to sneer they need to go out of business!
Bad job CNN, bad job Assange.

I've read the first couple of pages and all of you have said what I have to say and I thank you for it.

When I watched the interview what I noticed right off was how they had him in RED like there was fire around him and her in blue, like he was the devil or and she was peace. It was crazy obvious but maybe because I practice magick and so I pay a lot of attention to the psychology and magic of colors.

It seemed designed to make people angry at him. The camera man thing did too.

Then too I just noticed that she seemed very incompetent, as if they couldn't get anyone good to interview him, or he wasn't important enough.

I wish they'd release stuff on Monday's instead of at Friday at 5. The way the press is covering this is weird. Really, really twilight zone weird.

The other thing I noticed was he had the flu. It's hard enough being sick without putting up with crap like he did. He did warn her- I would have walked out too.

It reminded me of when Howard Dean had the flu so bad and they got him screaming that night and killed him with that one clip.

NEW YORK: Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is living a "haunted life" fearing arrest and has been on the run following the release of nearly 4 lakh secret US military documents related to Iraq war on his whistle-blowing website.

Assange checks into hotels under false names, dyes his hair, sleeps on sofas and floors, and uses cash instead of credit cards, often borrowed from friends, a US daily, which interviewed him last week, said.

"They called me the James Bond of journalism...it got me a lot of fans, and some of them ended up causing me a bit of trouble," he said expressing concern that UK may act against him if US decides to prosecute him --- an option that is currently being explored.

"By being determined to be on this path, and not to compromise, I've wound up in an extraordinary situation," he was quoted as saying by 'The New York Times'.

Start chasing the real criminals

typical tactics is right....smear the messenger

Another record shows an Apache helicopter gunship fired on two men believed to have fired mortars at a military base in Baghdad in February 2007, even though they were attempting to surrender. The crew asked a lawyer whether they could accept the surrender, but were told they could not, "and are still valid targets". So they shot them.

In another case, US soldiers suspected army officers of cutting off a detainee's fingers and burning him with acid.

and people want to focus on a POSSIBLE RAPE

"The footage shows the IA soldiers moving the detainee into the street, pushing him to the ground, punching him and shooting him," states the log, which also names at least one of the perpetrators.

yup acceptable

We found, with relative ease, reports of horrible abuse committed by Iraqi security forces on detainees - beatings, electrocution, the use of an electric drill on a man's legs. The Americans were aware the abuse had taken place. On some, not all, of these reports was marked "no further investigation", suggesting that American forces took no action on learning of the abuse.

lets go off topic and let these things occur

read more here

and as you see the words there..WITH RELATIVE EASE

Dont let the people show how you might be brainwashed by the media by losing focus...Don't drink the WATER.

I have just read all the comments in the CNN article posted by some very intelligent people.

I have been taking a step back recently and looking at things a little differently, because I have been doing this it is much easier to see how cunning people turn a thread/forum posts to their advantage. For example if we take a look at the first 50 posts or so from the CNN link that the OP shows you will see that everyone is opposed to the journalists that not only wrote the article but also interviewed Julian Assange then miraculously user[SNIPPED] comes on the scene and then look at the way he/she steers the conversation in order to gain an advantage so that he/she can post his point of view with the attention of others.

I have noticed that this very same thing happens on this site day in day out, some people are very good at it.

These people no doubt are the same sort minded people as the journalists that take an exclusive and turn it in to mush with the interviewee storming out! What a complete shambles, CNN played their hand and it totally backfired.

In the country where I live there has been a complete BLACK OUT in regards to this *breaking news* story. What is this world coming to? people are so controlled and dumbed down they just don't get it? perhaps if the US or IRAQ were to storm the set of that singing programme Xfactor and start torturing the contestants then people would take note.

If we carry on like this soon there will be no freedom and no rights of expression its a sad day indeed.

RIP - all the innocent people that have been tortured to death and killed at the hands of the so called war

Here we go lets see what the media does with this bunch of documents...it is on tonight at 8pm GMT...

Channel 4 is the only UK broadcaster to have been given access to nearly 400,000 secret military significant activities reports (SIGACTS) logged by the US military in Iraq between 2004 and 2009. These reports tell the story of the war and occupation which the US military did not want the world to know.

Lets se how this gets put out to the people

The data shows that the Americans were aware of the horrific level of violence inflicted by Iraqi sectarian militias: over 32,500 murders; more than 10,000 shot in the head; nearly 450 decapitated; over 160 were children.

The numbers and acts of violence are very discouraging

But hey it is just war and so what if it was based on a false flag OP....they are only humans and they deserve it right?

(that was sarcasm by the way, for those of lesser intellect)

That's exactly what I feel too. Lately the Assange guy is behaving very oddly, including with people from it's own "network". Me be thinking that this whole Wikileaks is a sharade, just look at it from a disinfo point of view, they made all the necessary steps :

1. good leaks ( of sorts, not atomic stuff but good enough)
2. guys get arrested because of leaks, giving the impression that the stuff is actually real
3. Assange is "hunted". O'really ? You telling me that the people which raided 2 countries for oil and killed millions of people would have *ANY* problem with making that guy vanish into thin air ? Give me a break ...
4. Assange get's "framed" for rape and other stuff, clearly showing us that the TPTB want to discredit him. Interestingly enough he kinda walks out of it which makes one wonder. Again, am I supposed to believe that such a powerful block of interests ( ie US and the european vassals) can't do the job right if they want to actually make the guy never see light again ? Please

5. And so on and so forth ...

Doesn't this look fishy to anyone else ? I'm really hoping to be paranoid here, but I highly doubt it tbh.

Yawn! A lot of people are after this guy. Character assassination is a most common method of combating the threat of what they do. Truth tellers know about this. A cheap trick and better than actual assassination. I mean what if you get caught? Oh well you deny of course. We can expect lots more of these feeble attempts to discredit this guy. Think "CIA" and you'll be in the green. It's one of their favorites because it can be done with a computer in a room somewhere with little effort.

I don't know for you, but if I was living a "haunted life", fearing arrest, I would not book interviews in news building (known to be close to government). There must be better hideouts. In fact, I would not book interviews at all.

Hey, i'll be there!

Come on. They can't find him? On the run? Fearing arrest?

Yeah, whatever.

And please, don't give me the "insurance file" reason. You don't let a man free hoping he will not release a file or hoping this file is the worst he could release. Free could mean 50 more files. Arrested or die, 1 file.

What if this was a plot by both sides of the conversation to make Julian look good for releasing fake documents what if CNN and Wikileaks actually plotted this. I'm just saying it could be like on the oil spill how nobody was paying any attention to Obama's negligence.

It is a fair statement but i feel if you go look at the docs for yourself you could draw your own reasonable conclusions on to how fake they might be...and from my perspective i would say they are not fake at all...also Hilary Clinton would not have come on air condeming wikileaks for releasing the docs if they were fake as they would have nothing to fear from fake docs.

so here you may go have a looksy yourself..and i would do it while you can...and i recommend people copying and collecting as much info as they can....
These things have a mysteriously strange way of disappearing from sight now dont they.

I hope this illustrates to those folks on the fence just how bought and sold our media really is.

Well, it seems clear to me - that no matter who assange is working for, the press looks VERY bad.
Very bad indeed. Controlled, in collusion, or incompetent. Or all of the above. lol

The best part about this is that CNN USES Wikileaks to their advantage when they want to.
Look what they wrote here:

A classified U.S. military document appears to lend credence to claims that Iran crossed the Iraqi border to arrest three American hikers.

The field report was one of 400,000 the whistle-blower website WikiLeaks released Friday concerning U.S. and coalition operations in Iraq.

The report lists a number of military grids where the Americans were believed to have been hiking or had been detained -- all on the Iraqi side of the border, according to The New York Times, which reviewed the document with aid from an American government official.

If your theory was right, you would find articles on CNN's frontpage, there is none. You can check for yourself: CNN

She is right to "tax his person", because he could be a RAPIST HIMSELF. She is being a JOURNALIST and asking questions, so she shouldn't do her job? Him running out of the interview shows he is being a coward and when ANYONE questions Assange they are just smearing him? When people ask questions about RAPE in Iraq then it's ok to ask questions, but when it hits home to Assange it's just a smear campaign? Get real.

There's NO PROOF that the man has raped someone. However HE PROVIDED PROOF of torture to the entire world and the "journalist" didn't want to TALK ABOUT THAT. She completely derailed him on purpose.
