The claim is - Defense Dept group Collins Elite says 'UFOs are demonic'

I'm thinking this is a hoax or that someone is writing about this to make money.

The book is Final Events, by Nick Redfern; we don't pretend to know how much of it is legitimate. In it, Redfern details the investigations of a group nicknamed the "Collins Elite" that was composed of government, military, and intelligence personnel. According to Redfern -- a paranormal writer on many controversial (and to many, outlandish) subjects -- the group, which included G-2 Army intelligence agents, as well as Naval and Air Force personnel, reached the conclusion "that we have in our midst a cold-hearted and sinister intelligence of demonic origins that masquerades as alien."

From the interview ... Nick Redfern explains what the (alleged) group Collins Elite found out about 'aliens'. Here is the basic info -

Rather, the group - which calls itself the Collins Elite - concludes that the "aliens" are, in reality, literal demonic entities that are trying to seduce us with a false lure of supposed alien technology, and to - quite literally - steal and farm our souls. The group claim to have discovered evidence that these demonic entities - that seem to utilize a weird combination of advanced technology and archaic rite and ritual - derive a form of "energy sustenance" from the human soul or life force.

There are internet allegations that this 'Collins Elite' is a hoax started by John Todd Collins of the Chick tract fame. He is - in my opinion - a mega paranoid off-the-chart Christian fundamentalist who sees demons everywhere and can't see the science or truth that aliens are likely to exist.

Talk to Action has information claiming that Nick Redfern interviewed Anglican priest (and alleged paranormal investigator) Ray Boeche. According to Mr. (reverend?) Boeche -

The project began in the 1950's as research into remote viewing and the military applications of psychic powers, and ended in the conclusion that such powers - including extensive contacts with entities claiming to be aliens from outer space - were in fact demonic in origin.

I can't find any information on this alleged Defense Dept group except for what is being put out in interviews by the author. Honestly, I'm not buying it. The only evil going on that I think I see is people making up bunk to hide the science and promote their brand of religion. But this 'Collins Elite' discussion is entering into internet circles and I figured we'd start a discussion thread on it here.

Not going to really comment on the religious nature here,
however, the evil intent they insist is behind the "alien" encounters
would be in line with what Dr. Stephen Hawking states would be
any kind of contact alien life made with us.

He asserts it would not be "friendly".

I agree with the "not friendly".

I cannot imagine why people seem to think
that alien life would want to be our "friends"
and helpers.

I doubt they would view us as a Twelve Step program
that they need to "correct".

Wouldnt it be plausible that if theres one race of extraterrestrials then there has to be several...maybe even dozens of different races?? and if thats the case then they wouldnt all be evil and malicious dont you think? Some may even want to help us

That said, I think this group poses some interesting theories that align with what other, more well established types have claimed. God, angels, demons are aliens, and it's possible the human race is a designed species. Designed for what, who knows?

Personally, whenever someone mentions the human "soul," as in this case the demonic beasties wish to consume it, I immediately see religious scare tactics to get you into their church - to then hand over your home, wife, kids, husband as payment for salvation.

Interesting thread!

I don't think that all ET's are demonic --- I think it's likely that some of them do not have our best interests at heart but my best guess (based on nothing is that if we ever make contact with ET's we'll find that there is a mixture of good, bad and indifferent civilizations out there.

If a defense department group is calling UFOs demonic, then that pretty much proves they are not.


There is no greater evil than the united states department of "defense"...and sometimes the enemy of the enemy is indeed our friend.

Hawkins has only suggested they may be not friendly, and true, they could be friendly, neutral, or of malicious intent...however, almost every valid philosophy based on simple reason suggests they would be friendlies or neutral...but ya...they -could- be evil space pirates or whatnot. I would venture to say the odds are against it though.

Well said in theory i would say humans are like cockroaches to any intelligent extraterrestrials so y pick on them?? there would be no reason for it in my opinion. It would make much more sense for them to maybe give humans a "nudge" in the right direction

I know Nick and he's not a, "bang 'em out sensationalist author", just to make a buck. He is very single minded in his pursuance of details and any evidence that might be offered. He also is willing to write about stuff many UFO people run scared from. He merely tends to report back what others might say or claim about UFOs at a given time. I don;t think he'd mind me saying this, Nick isn't only interested in the *nuts and bolts* of Ufology but the whole slew of other beliefs and possible fallout from the phenomenon.

Given the nature of the USA, I don;t think it's beyond possibility that there is a cadre of right wing Xtians ensconced in some pretty high up positions who most definitely are trying to push some sort of *Aliens are Demons* agenda. it doesn't make it fact, it doesn't mean they are even close to some understanding of it all. That really isn't the point, it is more that is is part of the *whole scene* and therefore worthy of documentation, even if it turns out to be nothing more than a foot note in the subject's history.

This touches on the big debate about *UFOs extraterrestrial or inter dimensional objects". It's one thing to have them dropping by from the stars, but the inter dimensional explanation really does scare a hell of a lot of people witless, with the ramifications it brings with it, if it does,turn out to have some truth. Not least, because it does seem to have a huge possible impact on theological thought down through the centuries Knowing Nick, i can see why he chose to write on this particular area of the subject, I doubt you will find him talking about *Demons* though, from his own perspective.

Is it that far out there?I was just reading abut John Todd,alot of the stuff he talks about sound pretty believable to me not so much about aliens being demonic but about how prevalent satan worship is in this country and if that's true the rest is not that hard to imagine.From what Ihave read he's one of the first to expose the illuminati not and how they have infiltrated our country ,government,military and pretty much the world.anyway is John Todd still alive? I read that he's in prison somewhere?

I agree with alot of what you said I have been researching all of this stuff for the past year and have not come up with a conclusion to what it is all about but I do believe its all connected somehow.i do believe that John Todd was truthful in what he was saying about the illuminati and the infilltration of our government and I think the alien agenda is somehow connected I just don't know if all aliens are demons. demons

There is a difference between demons and evil corporeal beings.
The 'Collins Elite' group makes it sound like these are the demons (spirit) type of evil.
I fully agree that aliens are nasty buggers who don't have out best interests at heart.
But they are solid creatures whereas demons are spirit.
